I made a mistake by ordering the wrong…

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong item. I was contacted by Bradfords. They said I could return it if it was unpacked. However this was not possible,I ordered a stable door thinking it was glazed,however it was not, The only downfold was that they were the same price and I did not notice.The customer aftercare was excellent. Will use them again without fail.

The overall experience from ordering…

The overall experience from ordering online via Bradfords to email communication firstly from Bradfords then from Forest Garden Group who manufactured and delivered was first class. The product is very sturdy, well designed and built and looks amazing as it matches our garden fencing. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Great Availability and Service

All parts wanted were in stock and when collected, the staff were exceedingly helpful and generous towards my requirements.
Good old fashioned proper customer service.
Well done Bradfords Martock branch.

When i ordered a chicken coup

When i ordered a chicken coup, I read that you, Bradfords had 2 in stock. As i was in a hurry I ordered from you. I have since found out that you referred my order to the makers, to which they sent a message to say that they have received the order, that was 17th July. It is now the 24th. So I emailed them and got a short email back to say the sister company make them and they will let me know. No explanation as to time. In fact a very curt email. I regret spending a huge amount of money not knowing what is happening.
