Good lead time, but no delivery notification.
Ordered a patio tool store which arrived within a week, so I was happy with that. Not so happy that I received no correspondence to say the item had been despatched from the supplier. So it arrived without any prior notification. Luckily there was someone in to receive it on the day. So I've dropped a star off for this.

Poor, placed a order for delivery as it was too big for pick up. Took 5 working days to finally be delivered. At the time of purchase online I was never informed of when my delivery was going to take place. I had to call the store 4 times and felt like I was just getting attitude from all, my house is literally half a mile from the store and yet I couldn’t get a day until the third call let alone a rough time. I only received a rough time an hour before it turned up. Extremely poor customer service. Even the driver today was a mardy so and so! If working for the Trowbridge Store is that bad go elsewhere you miserable lot ;)

Really annoyed by misinformation…
Really annoyed by misinformation regarding delivery dates has meant two people lose wages, and an unhappy client. If we had been told accurately about delivery being anytime of the day we could have rearranged our work schedule a d two people not lose pay etc.

BEYOND THE CALL
I had struggled for a short time getting the timber from Bradfords that I required mainly because it was only available in three stores none of them sadly near me . Just by chance I contacted the Trowbridge office on another matter and happened to mention my predicament. Tim said if it helped he was going to one of the three depots and could collect the timber lengths for me . Three hours later I get a call saying it’s ready for collection. How kind was that , and at about half price that other stores we’re selling it at .
Again a big thank you to Tim and Simon who both helped me enormously . Cheers Gents

Easy to order.
Easy to order and great it gives prices with and without VAT. Got a very good deal on insulation even with delivery as it would have been 2 trips in a car. Communication good to start with then nothing. I had to call to get an update, then got delivery info and delivery same day. Delivery was quick and friendly and took care with the property and covid measures.

Very helpful
The whole experience with Bradfords was very positive, from ordering on line to the actual delivery. The staff at Trowbridge were very helpful and polite when I called them and they were only too willing to answer my question and the delivery was very smooth and the driver was very helpful.
