Couldn't have been more helpful, from the ordering to the delivery.
Neil, who I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, from taking my order, to when and where it was to be delivered. I would also like to mention the delivery driver who drove down a narrow country track to unload our materials; without him it would've meant dozens of small trips with a small trailer; and believe me 'hand-balling' 135 concrete hollow blocks, loads of timber and bags of sand would've been a time-consuming logistical nightmare.

Efficient and helpful
They phoned to confirm delivery date and to check how quickly I needed the gravel. On the delivery day I was at work and they phoned again to confirm where to place the gravel bulk bag. Very helpful the driver suggested putting it closer to where I was going to be spreading it. Fantastic service can not fault it. The gravel was exactly as described, 20 mm.

Ordering was very quick and very helpful. Driver moved the delivery for me when it was dropped in slightly an inconvenient position. Can’t fault Bradfords in Wareham.

Following the placing of the order
Following the placing of the order, a telephone call was promptly received arranging a delivery date and time window.
Delivery arrived well within the window agreed. Driver was most friendly and helpful with regard to unloading and distributing the items where requested.
Overall was impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of all the staff I dealt with. This added to the competitive prices and quality means I would highly recommend the Wareham Branch to any prospective customer.

Waited in all day
Waited in all day - no delivery!
Phoned up at 4:00pm to be told they were not going to deliver my items today, but forgot to tell us.
Apparently they had to combine it with another delivery in the area.
I live 3 miles away from the branch, so basically no customer service.
This is a shame because I have a big building project coming up and I will have to look further afield.
