Easy to deal with online and by phone
Online process very easy and the staff were very helpful and understanding when I contacted them (three times to make changes).
Delivery was as arranged so no problems at all.
Prices were very competitive.

I have been dealing with Amy at the Worcester branch, what superb customer service, nothing has been too much trouble for her, I have had to change orders and ask advice, you couldn't ask for more help. We would not go anywhere else. Just a fantastic service.

Belle 150 mini mix purchase…
Just purchased a Belle 150 mini mix cement mixer from the Worcester Branch. Did click and collect which hadn't gone through by time I got to Worcester Branch. Jack who works in store was really helpful and went above and beyond to sort it. Couldn't let me take there and then, but arranged delivery for me the following day. Top Man and a credit to the Branch.
