Did a live chat on their website about 4 weeks ago, left All my details for them to get back to me but didn’t receive anything.

Update - seems their emails come from a different name so ended up in Junk folder.

We have had a brilliant experience with Bradley Environmental. We advance purchased testing for 12 samples, paying through PayPal but not signing up for an account. We ordered sample bags separately from Amazon, I use them for work anyway so it was a bulk order.

We followed the instructions, took all precautions and went around our home collecting samples of textured paints and insulation to get them tested. The samples were referenced and labelled, the form filled in to match. The samples were posted recorded delivery on Monday and we have had the results back on Wednesday.

We can now progress with our house renovations knowing it is safe and we have saved ourselves a few hundred pounds by collecting the samples ourselves.

Bradley Environmental provided me with an asbestos test kit and carried out the testing. The kit was good and the service fast and efficient. I had a query about how to take a sample of the material to be tested and rang Bradley. The phone was picked up quickly and the response was very helpful. I would use them again.

Bradley Environmental Consultants Ltd managed asbestos removal from our premises. Their approach was thoroughly professional, from the first point of contact, through arranging contractors' work, through to reporting at completion. Excellent, proactive and timely communications throughout.
