Scammers do not purchase anything from this site scam me and my friend

After waiting over a month, I finally received the wig in the mail. The wig was a different product than what I purchased. It wasn’t even comparable (curly vs braided). I requested a full refund and prepaid shipping label to return the wrong product. They offered a 20% and informed to keep product. I disputed it with source of payment and they counteroffer by stating “We feel regretful that we still have not been able to provide you with a satisfactory solution! Since we only have one product, we cannot send another one to you. We are really sorry. In fact, the options mentioned in the last email are the best we can offer. If you still do not accept, we would have no choice but to ask you to return the package. However, you need to pay the shipping fee incurred by returning the goods, which will cost you about 20 USD and the returning time may last for about one month according to our experience. According to our company's return policy, we can not issue the refund until we receive the package, please kindly understand. For your interests, we suggest that you accept a 40% refund”. In the end, I had to continue to dispute with my funding source to receive a full refund. Stay away from this scamming company. It’s A 💯SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

Warning!! Please do not order from this company. It's a Chinese company scamming black women out of their money. Their tactic is to never send you what you order and when you ask for a refund they will either ask you to return the item and the return fee is higher than the cost of the product you've paid or they will tell you they can refund 30%. If you already have doubt on why and how the cost is so low compared to others this is the the answer to why! It's a SCAM!

I CANT BELIEVE I PLACED A ORDER OVER $100.00 WAITED A MONTH AND GOT THREE WRONG WIGS. TRULY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND U ANYTHING ,

I wish I didn't have to give this any stars. I ordered 3 wigs. And only received one package. And it wasn't the correct item. It was crochet hair. Tried contacting them but still haven't got a return email yet. I pissed.

I thought I ordered two wigs. I realize now that I ordered 1 wig and 1 pack of locs. But I got 4 packs of locs. At the very least, the colors should have been different. Upon reaching out to the company, the alternatives were to return the item or get a 30% refund. I accepted the 30% refund and am following through with leaving a warning for others. Wish I'd done more research before purchase.

I ordered two wigs. I waited over a month and when I finally got my order it was wrong both there was no lace on one and the other one wasn't even a wig just crochet hair. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS

I order a lace front wig and received crochet hair . I waited a month for crochet hair I didn’t order .Then didn’t even send enough hair to make a wig or crochet the hair . Don’t buy from these ppl .

I ordered a wig and they sent me the hair for a wig. Do not I repeat do not order from this company it is a waste of money. This is the worst place I ordered from.

They false advertising their products stating it human hair but its synthetic and act like didnt know dont order was a worst nightmare

I purchased an item from the site. They sent me something completely different than what I I ordered. Contacted the company to inform them of the what happened. They refuse to refund give me a full refund. Company is trash. Don't waste your time or money.
