Absolutely incredible, got the 24kg adjustable pair through Amazon and the dumbbells themselves are fantastic just a shame that the courier managed to break the tray on one of them to smithereens 😂 reached out to brain gain for support letting them know about what had happened during shipment, was met with a lovely email and they have sent me a replacement tray, Sultan was very very kind and helpful. Definitely will be purchasing through here again :)

Support was quick and helpful. I ordered weights from them and the delivery was delayed. Sultan was very supportive and took care, that everything arrived.

I ordered the 12.5kg adjustable dumbbell and it was delivered fully assembled the next day. The product itself is of excellent quality and an absolute genius invention. I love how you can change the weight in literally 1 second, it's like magic and I'm beyond pleased. Super smooth, the whole process. From purchasing to delivery. And the products are top class. I purchased the adjustable dumbbells and bench press and they’re both so slick to use. Honestly biggest game changer. Don’t take up space and actually look great in my flat. And so easy to adjust.

Brilliant customer service, the dumbells were exactly as advertised, easy to use and warranty supplied also. They also offered if i wanted to upscale to do a full exchange if wanted, good people.

Unfortunately the quality of the dumbbells is really poor. Just another cheap Chinese fake.

Customer service has been great, there was a slight delay with dispatching my order but that is understandable at this time of year. I was called by someone at braingain who let me know my items were being dispatched this morning and I’ve been given a tracking number. The important thing for me was they arrived before Christmas which they will do. Thank you

Ordered 2x 40kg adjustable dumbbells. One broke just outside of 6 month warranty- weights just slipped off handle.
The other worked fine for the next 2 years until it finally gave up. I kept finding ball bearings on my gym floor that were falling out of the weight.
Great price but you get what you pay for. Probably wouldn't buy from them again and would spend a bit more for longevity.

I live in germany and due to the christmas parcel chaos all of my 4 parcels were lost.

The delivery service in germany is quite special and rarely great. Braingain opened a ticket on my behalf because i got ignored. a couple days later the parcels were found.

Thank you so much for glorious adjustable dumbbells with which I have much more joy working out on my own schedule whenever I want!!!

What a disappointment… I ordered this expensive package of dumbbells to offer it and 3 weeks after, I’m still waiting for ! I have just receives some plates, that’s all. The customer service so just saying « thanks for your patience » but I’m not anymore patient. They send me another shipment, not received as well after one full week….
The dumbbells are not there for my trainings.

Pleased overall with price, service and usability. Am a little concerned on quality as the branded circle on the outside of the dumbells keeps falling off - it is only a plastic fitting but would expect to be made better as only had the bells for a few weeks!

I really love the dumbells. i already had some, but decided to get these, because they get smaller in lenght at lighter weights and they dont rattle.

Ordered 40kg adjustable dumbbells, and they were as expected. Jon was quick to reply and kept me informed of the delivery tracking.

Premium weights, premium packaging and premium customer support from Sultan. Great company!

I’m very happy with my Braingain adjustable dumbbells.
The quality is excellent, they work flawlessly, and they have already taken my training to a completely new level. They’re compact, very user-friendly, and after just a few sessions I can confidently say they are absolutely worth the money.

The only complication I experienced was with the delivery — and in fairness, this was not Braingain’s fault. Shortly after ordering, I received two tracking numbers for the two main packages, which arrived quickly and were extremely well packaged.

What I didn’t know, however, was that there was a third package containing the remaining weight plates. DHL unfortunately lost this package, so the dumbbells arrived incomplete at first. Braingain couldn’t have prevented that, and the issue was clearly caused by the shipping carrier.

Once I contacted customer support, everything was handled very professionally.
They responded quickly, were very helpful, and immediately arranged a replacement shipment via UPS, which arrived shortly afterwards. Even though the situation was confusing at first, the support team resolved everything smoothly and efficiently.

Now that all parts have arrived, the set is complete and works perfectly.

Overall:
Fantastic product, excellent customer support — the delivery issue was caused by DHL, not Braingain, and it was solved promptly. Highly recommended.
