The weights are a great addition to my gym
Had an issue with one of the handles when they first arrived but this was quickly rectified by Sultan in the customer services and a new handle was sent out

I bought the 24kg adjustable dumbbell set; it arrived within two days. As I just started my weight training journey, this set is plenty sufficient. I was surprised how easy it is to change the weight, only a quick turn of the dumbbell handle and you're there. I also imagined the lower weights to be a little unwieldy and awkward to use, but that is not the case at all. Overall an excellent buy and excellent service.

I have purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells and an incline walking pad from Braingain.
Both products are of exceptional quality and were great value for money.
There was an issue with delivery of the pad through no fault of Braingain. Customer services kept me fully advised on a regular basis and replaced the pad with no quibbles. I would highly recommend this company

Great bit of kit delivered and well packed. Adjustable dumbells, been in use for 7 months now, working perfectly.

Purchased the 40kg adjustable dumbbells which unfortunately arrived damaged. Contacted Sultan in BrainGain customer service who handled the issue fantastically well, replacement part shipped and arrived in 24hrs. Excellent

The product itself is marvelous! Got the 41.5 kg in black with stands. Incredible upgrade to my Bowlfex which maxed at 52.5lbs. The instruction manual could be slightly improved in two areas [(1) when to use long vs short bolts and (2) how to identify and exactly install the outer weight plates] but could figure it eventually out myself.

I bought a pair of factory returns dumbbells from these guys for a bargain price. They were still in box and unused.

When I got them home, the change mechanism was sticky. I thought I'd messed up because as returns, I thought it was basically on me to take the risk.

Not so. Contacted the company and they couldn't have been more helpful. At no inconvenience to me, sent an engineer to my home (who luckily lived close by) who tested, assessed the dumbbells and gave me a replacement pair there and then.

Replacement pair have been in use now for 5 weeks now and are brilliant.

These guys are serious about customer support and it shows.

It all started with a delivery issue: the order was split into 4 packages and only 1 was initially received, while the others were incorrectly marked as delivered.

The customer support was very reactive and cooperative throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Sultan, who handled the case professionally and arranged the reshipment of the missing packages quickly.

Now that everything has been resolved, I can also say that I’m very satisfied with the product itself. The quality is good, solid materials, and clearly above many cheaper alternatives on the market. It’s an investment, but definitely worth it for long-term training. A great addition to a home gym.

I bought 24kg adjustable dumbbells and they are brilliant! I wish I had invested in them before now. Initially I was worried they would be too bulky but they’re absolutely fine - even for females. The change between weights is smooth and is literally just a click. I had an issue with a discount code not working, but after contacting Braingain, Sultan replied promptly and arranged for the discount to be refunded. Definitely recommend the weights and the customer service.

Ordered the 24kg adjustable dumbbells. Shipped separately, arrived promptly. I queried the delivery process and was dealt with promptly by Sultan. No complaints so far.

I would like to update my previous review, as the situation was ultimately resolved completely and correctly.

Yes, there were complications with logistics and UPS shipping during delivery, which led to delays and returns. It was indeed unpleasant and took longer than expected.

However, I would like to separately note the work of BrainGain's support service, in particular manager Molly. Throughout the entire process, they kept in touch with me, explained each step in detail, and sincerely tried to help.

As a result, the issue was successfully resolved, I received the goods, and everything corresponds to the order. The company fulfilled its obligations, and communication with the customer was honest and respectful.

Mistakes can happen in any international delivery — what matters is how the company corrects them, and here BrainGain showed its professional side.
