I bought a pair of 40kg adjustable dumbbells just over a couple of years ago. I was very happy with the product at the time, but within a year one of the dumbbells was showing different numbers on each end (it still worked so I carried on using it). Now the second one has done the same thing. Sometimes the handles get stuck and doesn’t attach the weight plates properly so they fall off when picking them up as the mechanisms have gone wrong inside the handle. They obviously offer a 24 month warranty on the products for a reason, as both dumbbell have the same issue now and are difficult to use. I paid a lot of money for this product and you don’t expect them to break within a couple of years. I have always been careful with them and they have been kept inside at all times and stored on one of the racks the company supplies. They are now trying to charge me £80 for new handles and they won’t be in stock until March. So unless you intend on paying for new dumbbells every 2 years, then avoid this company!!!

I‘m very happy with my adjustable handles from BrainGain. They are really comfortable and from high quality.
Customer service guy Zain helped me out with a small issue. I got a quick answer from him, he was very helpful and cooperative.
I can fully recommend the handles from BrainGain to everyone who loves doing workouts!

Brilliant service. Had issue with a selector from 4-5 year old adjustable dumbell messaged about a replacement spoke to Sultan got a reply sent pic of issue and new part sent out with in couple of days now working perfectly. Highly recommend thanks again. A+++++++

Great pair of dumbbells. Just be careful dont drop them. The handle on mine broke and a Sultan at customer service help understanding the problem and ordering a replacement part. Highly recommended

I purchased a big bundle from Braingain in July 2023 - adjustable 40kg dumbbells, adjustable 18kg kettlebell, bench, rack.

The handles on the adjustable dumbbells (40kg octagon) became faulty within a few weeks. Initially I panicked as I'd just spent around £700 and now there's a problem!

I needn't have worried - one quick email to them and they sent out replacement handles instantly.

No issues with these for the next 2.5 years, my wife and I both use them daily so they take a beating. Recently they started to stick again, not completely broken but just not safe with the small plates being loose and potentially falling if not noticed.

Being an old order I figured I'd have no chance at getting any help. Then came Sultan! He got back to me quickly and made it clear he wanted this sorted in the best possible way for me after I explained how important our workouts are.

He arranged 2 replacement handles for me at a discounted price, but that's not all. Without me even thinking it was an option, he offered to send me another set of dumbbells to use until the handles arrived! Free of charge, no delivery fee and he even said they'll be collected once we're done with them!

48 hours later I received the temp dumbbells and can continue training until the handles arrive.

Sultan, you have restored my faith in customer service and ill continue to recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a black dumbbell, which arrived quickly, but unfortunately one of the dumbbells was damaged during transportation as part of the plastic had ripped. I contacted BrainGain’s support team and also asked whether it would be possible to switch to the chrome version in the process, as I felt it might be more durable.

The support was outstanding. Very responsive, proactive, and professional. BrainGain agreed to take back the entire black dumbbell set and replace it with a chrome one at no extra cost.

I have now received the chrome dumbbell and I am very happy with the product. Excellent quality, great customer support, and a smooth resolution overall. Special thanks to Sultan for his help throughout the process.

The Item itself is good but too massively for what I need for my training. So I wanted to return it. Now the problems started. I tried more than a week - but it was impossible to return it. Customer Service is very very slow and unhelpful. Didnt answer my questions, didnt act as promised.
If you are not sure about the barbell: dont order it!

My problems are fully solved now and I had the experience I expect from a customer service.

Really good equipment. They are stable, impact and good quality. One package got lost during delivery to Sweden. Thankfully I got good support from Sultan who helped me get my package.

I ordered adjustable dumbbells, 24.5kg pair. They were obviously packaged in 2 separate parcels due to weight/health and safety. One parcel arrived and I did figure out they would have been sent as 2 parcels but was very confused as I didn’t have tracking info for the second. Emailed to enquire if everything was in order, Kamran answered quickly and assured me all was well and provided the tracking info for the second dumbbell.
Both parcels arrived within 3 days of ordering, Kamran was really polite and helpful and gave me the info I needed and the dumbbells are superb quality. Could not have asked for a better experience! Good job Braingain!

Great experience. In fairness, really hard to see quality product in pristine conditions. Package was excellent, delivered on time and from the very first time you open the box you see quality overall. Included a 30 days vouche for free and best price also.
I will indeed return to buy more staff and recommend to everyone. Thanks

Had some trouble with getting a part that arrived damaged replaced but after a bit of delay the costumer service of braingain went above and beyond to fix my issue and make up for the delay.

Brilliant products and customer service

The dumbbells are excellent,they dont take too much space and you have a lot of increasments. I had problem with the shipping one of the dumbbells holder broke during transit but they exchanged quickly and the new dumbell holder they sent me was too small. But luckily hassan help me and they made a video of how i can fix the holder length. All and all fast communication and fast shipping. I would recomened paying for that extra 10 euros for faster responses because you never know what can happen in transit.

From start to finish this company went over and beyond to help me purchase my reformer. Zain was just brilliant answering all my questions...best customer service I've had. Now to the reformer it is fabulous...really sturdy easily assembled...nearly all done when you get it just a few bits to add. I'm using it every day now and it's brilliant...I was reticent about buying online after a really bad experience with another company but rest assured this company is 100 stars for quality speedy delivery brilliant customer service and a top class reformer...thanks so much

The dumbbells were as described and good value.
They were well packaged, in two parcels (one would have been too heavy).
The DPD delivery driver was excellent and delivery was very soon after the order. My only reservation was that notification of the delivery day was at very short notice and there was no tracking or time of delivery information.

Very good quality bumble's. and fast delivery.
