Using Brainium was a great experience for me. I would say that the best part was working with Arghya was was truly the most patient and accommodating during each step of the process. For someone who knows very little about web or app development, Arghya was always available and always helpful. My experience with Brainium was made 5 stars because of my experience with Arghya!!

If you like wasting your money, this company is for you. Beware of this scam. Seeing their site and the various positive comments on the internet (most of them probably false), I tried the adventure with them on a simple web project. We then find ourselves with a team of 50 project managers and a single junior developer. We suddenly had the impression of being followed, but in terms of execution it was a scandal. We had to restart the entire project: 1 month wasted, our money lost and we almost lost our client. Of course, they do not reimburse. You have been warned

I have managed software development teams for almost 30 years and worked with freelances and agencies from around the globe. My experience with Brainium and with Satyaki specifically has been fantastic. We've been engaged with Brainium for over a year now. They work on our schedule and maintain constant virtual contact. Communication, reliability, skill, proactive contribution to application development - everything has been first class.

We engaged with this company for revamping our website and enhancing features. The engagement began with a single dedicated developer and with time we added additional resource. We dropped the 2nd developer in a matter of 2 months for reasons of sub standard skills. Things got out of control when their only resource vanished- later we found out that he had in his possession our software codes and all the works that we had paid the company to implement. This company has no process in place for customers privacy, data security and ethical integrity to manage the codes. They provided us a new resource and that person took away a month of our time and money and delivered nothing. All that time was spent to try rebuild some of the works of the previous developer. This company refuses to refund our money and their management refuses to indulge in any discussions for a solution. For all companies reviewing to work with this company, do so with extreme caution. In our months working with them they exposed a lot of mishaps and frankly a company that absolutely cares for nothing other than "money" and not just that have no remorse in taking payments and not delivering the promises! We are available as a reference for anyone to know more of this company practises.

We entered an agreement with Brainium in July 2022. They cited a 28-week development cycle for our product. After months of sporadic work and mismanagement, they reassigned a new project manager and things began to turn around.
After a couple of months of constructive development and progress, Brainium abruptly decided that the clear terms of our contract no longer applied to the project and began demanding more money to continue working on the development.
We have had contact with several past clients (also dissatisfied) and even some former employees who have confirmed that this is a typical tactic used by this company, especially while dealing with North American and UK clients. It's a classic bait and switch actually.
If you are considering working with them, do your due diligence. Read the negative reviews (like this one) and ask yourself why someone would go out of their way to slam this company. The rules and obligations of a contract are clear. When they are not honoured, trust is lost.
We have been model clients. We made all milestone payments on time. We remained patient and understanding, even though the project is almost 40 weeks late to date. We agreed to perform testing and provided detailed feedback for every revision request. None of that can be disputed. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or want to share your own story.

Ive had so many bad experiences with overseas developers however I was keen to launch a new app idea and so wanted to create a MVP quickly. I found and reached out to Brainium to help create Flow Live. This app is designed to help influencers to start and grow their own subscription businesses, and I have to say Brainium was instrumental in bringing this app concept to life.

The professionalism, creativity, and technical ability of the Brainium team was outstanding. Their understanding of the sector combined with their deep expertise in app development helped shape Flow Live into an intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly platform. I ended up creating 2 apps (one for influencers to manage their business and one for their subscribers) the end result was a fully working app which is far more than originally planned for however the speed and cost made it an easy decision.

I partnered with them in the hope of scaling my online presence and driving a higher rate of organic traffic to my website. Unfortunately, this investment only led to frustration and a significant drain on resources with negligible returns.

Initially, my interactions with Brainium Company team were promising. They presented a comprehensive SEO strategy that seemed to tick all the boxes. They guaranteed to improve my website's ranking, increase organic traffic, and ultimately, boost conversions. I was hopeful, yet the results have fallen far short of their promises.

Despite repeated assurances that their services would lead to a significant improvement in my website's visibility within a few months, there has been no noticeable change. In fact, my site's ranking has stagnated, and organic traffic completely collapsed.

In terms of reporting, their analysis was superficial, often filled with jargon without a clear explanation or actionable insights. They provided data, unclear and fake but no context or strategy to convert the data into meaningful actions that could actually improve my site's performance.

Ultimately, what should have been a strategic partnership felt more like a one-sided transaction. The company showed little understanding of my business's unique needs and challenges, and their one-size-fits-all approach was simply not effective.

In conclusion, my experience with brainium Company was more than disappointing. They failed to deliver on their promises, their communication was subpar, and their reporting lacked depth. This was not just a financial investment but also a significant investment of my time and trust, both of which were wasted. I can't, in good faith, recommend brainium Company to others looking to enhance their online presence. I believe it's crucial to find a partner that truly understands your business and can deliver tangible results, and sadly, brainium is not that partner.
