Great plugin company with fast response support!

Wonderful customer service..Deepak & the Customer Care team helped us solve our issue almost immediately. It's also a great product that we have used extensively on our site. Just a few major glitches with other plugins that are easily resolved.

Lifetime license became inactive for no reasons. The suppor tonly answer is to buy a new one or provide some financial data from our developper.

They seems to have planned every policies to make as much money as they can with a single website.

This theme is really back , the customer support is also not professional

Brainstorm rolls up their sleeves and goes to work on the problem. They don’t just farm it out to a hit or miss users group.

Really responsive, timely and thorough support. With other tech support I find I often have to go a few rounds before I get the answer I'm looking for, but with Brainstorm Force I got a really comprehensive answer that was specific to my site and explained something that had been really confusing for me. They even sent links to additional instruction videos that were also really helpful.

I've been using the Astra Pro and the Ultimate Addons for Elementor for almost 2 years now and I've been very happy with the products. The customer service is top-notch, I either contact them via chat or by opening a support ticket and I've always got a quick, detailed, and helpful answer.

First of all, HAPPINESS... this sweet feeling that Astra wants me to be happy, and guess what ? I am happy. Less than three hours and my site is fixed. More over I get a video to help me to understand the issue. Honestly, I feel comfortable with Brainstorm Force. I really appreciate their enthusiastic and creative intention. Astra means star. A few years ago when I was looking for addons that could enhance Elementor Pro, I stumbled across Brainstorm Force. They are the developers behind the Astra theme, Ultimate Addons for Elementor and Spectra. I'm always very cautious where I spend my dollars and wasn't sure if they were the right fit for my business. I looked around at a few others, but was not real impressed with their offerings. That's when I decided to just go for it and purchase a lifetime license with Brainstorm Force. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business. Their products just work! Not only that, but they have a huge staff that is constantly updating to keep things working along with everything else in the WordPress arena. They are also ahead of the curve, constantly working on new products. They recently came out with Spectra which I still need to look into. It's a program that will take the place of Elementor or any other site builder. I'm anxious to find out more about it. And if you need support, they get back to you in a very timely fashion and will keep working with you until you are satisfied with the results. They just finished assisting me with a question I had regarding a recent update. Thanks Ankush for your help! I'm extremely happy that I made the decision to purchase that lifetime license. I know they will always back their products and services, and never let me down.
