If I could give no stars I would! This company have stolen £38.95 from my bank account without my authorisation!! I authorised £1 for a competition on FB.... the £1 was allegedly to authorise my card details, then three days later I notice a pending transaction of £38.95 for a subscription I never entered into & for this amount!! After emailing these thieves they told me my money wont be refunded because i ageeed to this & had chance to cancel! I never recalled receiving any such emails so i checked.... these people clearly know what theyre doing because the email they sent went into my spam folder which i rarely check, leaving me no options to cancel before they STOLE £38.95 from me!! Obviously a scam! I have emailed & requested a refund only to be told NO! please everyone report these thieves to action fraud: 03001232040

This is a SCAM. An email out of the blue informing me that I have a subscription. No money taken from my account, as yet, but I am watching. If you receive something similar DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS PROVIDED. Simply inform your bank and have any payments stopped and refunded.

Total scam! They take money from your bank account saying you’ve agreed a subscription fee when you haven’t then you can’t get hold of anyone to ask for a refund 😩😩😩😩

THIS IS A SCAMMING WEBSITE
They have taken £19.48 from my account and claimed I did a subscription on April 30th but that is a LIE. If your money is taken from this company report FRAUD and tell your bank. It is DISGUSTING how in this economy people are still trying to unlawfully take money. Thank goodness for these reviews that has proved their scamming ways

Brainstove you're ridiculous. I paid £1 for bike yoi adv on facebook and you took money of me £39 today without my authorisation permission and consent. I request immediate refund.

I had £38.95 taken from my account I’d never heard of them before I got in touch with them via email and explained this to them they refunded my money back into my account 2days later.

This company took money without authorisation. We've blocked them from our account.
It seems to be connected with live streaming from a sports website.

Pity I can't give minus stars!
I didn't register so I don't have a password. The alternative? Give the first six and last four digits of your credit card number, you must be ******* joking!
Brainstove claims to be a legitimate company, if that's the case why are people 'signed' up without their knowledge and charged £38.95? There's only one word for such a practice, and that is SCAM!
Trustpilot has informed me that unless I provide further details within three days Brainstove will regard my recent experience as not genuine. Well, how come there are people in the UK and other countries reporting a similar experience? It seems for many of them it's related to a parking app, for me, it was an online offer with a pet supplies retail company. The fact that I wasn't redirected back to the offer aroused my suspicion and I blocked Brainstove as soon as the £1 they had taken showed up on the transactions list. If they send terms and conditions why don't they tell us to check our email? The fact it appears to go to the spam folder in most cases doesn't inspire confidence that you're dealing with a reputable company. Yes, it is easy to cancel (I'll be back if it isn't), provided you know there is an email with the information needed!
I'm not interested in gaming, and the same is probably true of others who have complaints. My suggestion to Brainstove is to tell people what they are signing up for rather than doing it secretly via parking apps or other online offers.

Tried paying for parking on RingGo and ended up getting an over £220 taken from my bank , bank sorted but had to cancel cards , tried two more transactions today, fraud squad informed
Edit to reply to response : I have contacted you to remove any details you may hold for me , the £220 was repeated transactions of £38.95 and £14.95 ,if it’s not a scam why are you not trying to identify as a legitimate business what the issue is as it’s not just one or two people having this issue ?

Disgusting company I pressed by mistake there advert come up when I was trying to sign into a friend funeral I tried speaking to them they where disgusting they took £39.95 out my bank + they won’t do anything disgusting company the person I was talking to first online was very abrupt they need to learn customer service they more or less called me a liar they ended the conversation but the second person I was chatting with was so nice + really helpful
I was using a different parking app (tap2park). I had same experience as outlined below- a £1 payment to Brainstove but spotted this and have cancelled my card. It directs you to a “download app” link with tap2park in large bold text and then asks for card details to validate an account. I was going to a funeral at time so didn’t notice it was a ‘sponsored’ add and next one down was the genuine tap2park website. I would like to add that an additional amount of £38.95 was attempted from my bank account a few days later.
