Purchased puzzle, Fishing Adventure. Putting it together was fine. Pieces were sturdy, but a few of the pieces weren’t cut. Most frustrating is a piece of the puzzle was missing.

Puzzle is challenging
Puzzle is challenging, although one piece was missing and on a couple pieces the photo was either missing or disfigured. I have photos of mentioned pieces.

Could be better
Pieces are thick and sturdy which is nice. However, a lot of the pieces were not cut all the way through and so I had to break/rip them apart which caused the backs to get torn up a bit. A few of the pieces were not even cut at all. Overall it’s a fine puzzle but I was expecting better quality for the prize I paid.

I will never order from this company…
I will never order from this company again. Placed an order on 10/8 and it still hasn’t shipped out. I’ve sent two emails with no response, I left a voice message and called again and no one answered the phone or called me back. Even went on their website for the chat two days in a row and no one answer me there or has responded as to when my order is supposed to ship. I waited almost 30 minutes on the chat and no one responded. Terrible customer service. Stay far away from this company. Go buy off Amazon for a puzzle.

Seems to be a problem communicating and also sending puzzles. 3 weeks, still waiting. I finally got ONE email and it said they would send them soon. hmmmmm I ordered in December and had no problems. What's up now?

Very disappointed in this company
Very disappointed in this company. I find it implausible that this company when asked where was my order told me they had a problem in their warehouse. If that was the case they could have notified all customers who had pending orders. It is now 18 days since I placed my order and I still don’t have it. Is this a real company or one run out of someone’s basement or garage. It goes without saying this company will not get any further business from me. Buyer be ware👎

I have not received my order. I ordered it on 8-8. I emailed a question of where my order is and was told there are issues at the warehouse. I tried calling this morning and no one answered. At this point I would just like my money back because I found the puzzles at another store

The puzzle was of good quality
The puzzle was of good quality, but I did like the picture. I could not tell online that the colors were so muted. Everything looked dull and washed out. It made it very hard to work the puzzle. I eventually quit without finishing.
So, a high quality puzzle, but I did not like the picture.

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery. I have shopped with other puzzle companies, and get my order with a solid week. With Braintree, from order to receiving took just over 2 weeks.

Really cute puzzle but HORRIBLY cut
Really cute puzzle but HORRIBLY cut. It took the better part of a morning to separate 1000 pieces and then lots of scrappy torn paper while assembling. Bought from Puzzle Warehouse and they offered a free replacement. Will not purchase another Brain Tree puzzle.
