Worst puzzle I’ve ever bought
Worst puzzle I’ve ever bought.
At least 20% of the pieces were still stuck together and when breaking them apart, the paper tore off the back of all the pieces. Horrible, dismal cutting of the pieces.
None of the pieces easily connect together, and you have to apply a lot of pressure, forcing them into place. This leaves you wondering if you have the wrong pieces connected together, even though they are the correct ones.
Many border pieces were miss cut on the flat edge producing an uneven border for half of the peace.
Good puzzles connect very easily and are cut cleanly. Also, it’s quite easy and clear whether or not the piece is supposed to fit.
I got so frustrated with this terrible, poorly produced puzzle in the first hour that I boxed it up and tossed it. Will never buy another puzzle from Brain Tree again.

Poorly die cut, ripped pieces. Huge sections stuck together. …
So excited to purchase one of your puzzles, I chose Floral Feline. What a mess when turning over pieces to start so many were not cut through… caused tearing and ripping of the pieces. Not tight fit very messy. Horrible.

I have bought several Brain Tree…
I have bought several Brain Tree puzzles, and I have NEVER been disappointed; Brain Tree is my favorite brand of puzzles. The pieces are thick & sturdy (don’t peel, bend, or get cracked). The colors are bright & vivid and the image is sharp, NOT pixelated. I also love the strong box (doesn’t get crushed under the weight of other games or puzzles that I keep in the same place) and the puzzles come with ziplock baggies for storage when you have finished and are ready to store the puzzle for the next time.
I love everything about Brain Tree….I just wish they had more puzzles….I think I have them all!

Missing 6 pieces
The puzzle looks great and is challenging but I got to the end and was missing 6 pieces. I just opened it and put it in my puzzle designated table so I know I didn’t lose any. This is highly frustrating!!!

Strong smell
To start, I was pretty excited to put this together. When you open the box you get strong ink smell, and I mean strong. I recommend letting it air out before sitting and putting it together. Now let's talk quality. The image saturation is so high that some of the items in the scene are color blocked and hard to decipher. In addition when you dump the pieces out, you are met with a small pile of paper dust. As for piece quality, several of the pieces were damaged with lifting edges, wrinkling and separation, still "usable" though. I ended up donating and not putting it together. The smell was the most off putting part about it. Oh and the separation trays are paper and the glue does not hold.
