1000 piece puzzle called Carnival had damaged pieces and the picture had come loose from several of the backs. Too many damaged to try working it. I received this through a gift via a year subscription that ended December 2024.

Just completed my 1st puzzle by Brain Tree. It was the 500 PC "Farmer Day" . Without a doubt, the best quality I have ever bought. When they say "Ultra Premium White Puzzle Board"...it is a fact. It was dust free, the various shapes were amazing, the poster that was included was top notch, amazing color...and they included a ziplock bag! I have already bought another puzzle! They have earned a customer for life...and I will spread the word. Thanks!

I got a 100 piece puzzle for the classroom I work in and it was very nice. We loved how big the pieces were and it was a lovely picture when put together.

Recently purchased a 1000 piece puzzle, Coastal Haven, SKU 310035. Box was sealed on two sides and the pieces were sealed in a plastic bag. Imagine my surprise when I discovered 3 pieces were missing. Contacted the phone number on the box 703-436-9766 and left a message about correcting the problem. Have yet to hear back.

I was impressed by the high quality of the product. The thick and sturdy puzzle pieces. Same for the poster inside and the thoughtfulness of providing a zip lock bag to store the pieces afterward.

The pieces fit so well together and definitely was a challenge for sure but I absolutely loved the puzzle

The 100-piece puzzle is small enough to work on a 30" x 18" table, and is nice for filling time when traveling or visiting. While 100 pieces is not a big challenge, it is great for children, puzzle novices, or people with short attention spans. The large pieces should make the puzzle easier for someone with dexterity issues. Pieces fit together well, and then finished product looks good. The quality is better than most 1,000 piece puzzles that I have worked over the years.

This Is a very fun puzzle. You are doing great on making it look very fun and it is very fun . Your idea for the puzzle was a great idea for dog lovers and it’s a great idea for anyone else. Your guys should let your imagination flow like you do right now. Let no one tell you that you can’t make a good puzzle because you can you can always so remember that when you make your next biggest hit puzzle like always remember that .

Puzzle is great , smooth well cut , great for older people , great quality . Pieces are solid and no rips or bent parts

It was ok cute, but very obviously AI generated picture. The fact that it was AI generated doesn't bother me, but there were a lot of defects on the elephants! The quality of the pieces was pretty good, though.

We really like the puzzle! The interesting and unpredictable piece shapes make it a bit of a challenge, but the pieces fit together so well that, once you get the correct piece, it goes together in a satisfying manner. The bad side of this puzzle is that MANY of the pieces weren’t cut cleanly by your cutting machine and when we tried to pull them apart, no matter how carefully we tried, the backs of the pieces came apart and tore off. If not for that issue, we’d be big fans.

Many of the pieces had paper hanging over the edges on the back that did not get cut all the way through and had to be pulled off. There were also a few pieces that didn't get cut apart all the way through. The poster was torn, too. The picture was nice and was called Fishing Adventure.

I was a little intimidated with MOVIE BLUFF at first, and I've done hundreds of 1000 pc puzzles, but I quickly jumped in and loved how the pieces lock together so perfectly. I couldn't keep away from working on it. Now its finished and i can literally pick it up without it crumbling! It was great fun!

The quality of the puzzle pieces and the nice poster inside the box was a pleasant greeting upon opening the box.there are great vibrant colors on the pieces to keep yours eyes attracted to it.thank you brain tree for putting out a fine quality product.

I love the challenge and your puzzles are challenging. I love the fact that no 2 pieces are the same!!❤️ The first time I did one of your puzzles, I didn’t know if I would be able to because they were so small. But the more I worked on it the more I realized I enjoyed these puzzles.

I just completed a very challenging Brain Tree Puzzle. What I liked best was that the edges and all of the pieces were very clear-cut and went together very precisely. The colors were brilliant and the completed puzzle was very pleasing to see. A few nice features I have never found in previous puzzles from other companies were an enlarged poster of the completed scene and a bag that seals up for putting the pieces in when you've completed and torn down the puzzle. I will gladly purchase another Brain Tree puzzle.

Beautiful graphics, sturdy puzzle pieces, and perfect 100 XXL size pieces. Love the puzzle poster that’s included. It helps immensely for a four-year-old putting the puzzle together!

The best thing about this puzzle is clean edges. So many puzzles have fuzzy edges. And the color is even better than when I saw it on Amazon. And I really appreciate the fold out poster like picture to direct me how to do the puzzle. I'm definitely going to google brain tree puzzles from now on.
