Good but too much sales

Good but too much sales. I don’t like signing up for something then being asked to sign up for many more to make the first one work better! Makes me wonder if the first one will work at all . Guess I’ll see…

For now I choose only the free trial…

For now I choose only the free trial for 7 days of Brainway. If that resonates with me I will then select a longer period. I really need help. I am 77 years old with a back and rotator cuff challenges so I need to take it slow. Also my monthly check will be in my bank account on 05/20/26 so I can buy a longer package but I cannot afford $99 until June.

Takes forever to answer questions, no refund available

Takes forever to answer questions, then never understand how to actually use this piece of crap software. AUTOMATED "Customer service" is protected by all the small print you accept to sign up, and never, ever, give you a refund. . They charge a day of use even if you signed up late at might. BEWARE. Will charge back on my credit card.

AVOID Brainway

AVOID Brainway. First they have mis-leading subscriptions. I started at one price and the following month it doubled. Cancelled it with the company and then a couple of months later found unauthorised charge on my account, rang my bank only to discover Brainway had sold /passed on my details and who tried to charge me for something I didnt order . Closed that account immediately. Would give it no stars if this was an option.

This site could be initially more forthcoming about the long string of potential purchases.

I would recommend that you provide all the potential purchases upfront, initially; rather than taking the prospective buyer from one potential purchase to the next! The way you presented these items, made me feel less trusting of you, and concerned that this might be more of a scam. Just trying to get more money from me.
