Great customer service
I have enjoyed this app, but have not had the time to use it as planned - hopefully, when life calms down a bit, I will be able to return. Today, Nora was terrific in helping me cancel my subscription. She responded to my email within 30 minutes of my inquiry, and she had already taken care of everything for me. I especially appreciated the almost immediate follow-up and reply emails.

I am so distressed due to your App supposedly designed to help people with ADHD like me. I cannot find a way to cancel my subscription and have had a £63 charge for something I can't afford and don't want or use.

Finding help at a cost that's reasonable
It was quick and easy to navigate. I was offered a 50 per cent discount on the price, but did not see that a discounted price. There are too many options with a very high price at the end of the day for the kind of help being sought. I think there should be more reasonable prices for the kind of help needed, if you are really seriously about helping a wide cross section of persons amnd not only those that can afford to pay high prices.
