3 stars I'm afraid, let down by courier.
Can't fault the parts when they eventually turn up. Seriously let down by DX the courier.
I paid for am delivery, turned up 3pm and no apology. I also paid a premium price for the products.
I emailed brake parts but no reply.
I'll use autodoc in future, takes a week to turn up but half the price.
Don't bother paying for a quicker delivery DX don't give a toss.

The service was very good except for the fact that the parts were delivered and then taken away ! Why not leave with my neighbour or in a suitable place at the rear of the property that's what other delivery companies do.The parts were the correct items and of very good quality.I would have had no hesitation in awarding 5 stars if I hadn't had to wait another day to actually receive the parts.

Trustable Parts Provider - Will Use Again
Website allowed me to use OEM part reference number which showed alternatives due to manufacturer making the item obsolete. Website showed stock levels of the parts and delivery times. I was emailed at point of dispatch and emailed with delivery date (same as website stated). Part arrived well packaged and fitted well. Excellent!

Caliper problem quickly resolved.
I had an issue with buying rear calipers for my Audi 80 Cabriolet. Most online sellers insisted showing the incorrect parts for my car. The registration puts the car at a point where there where some changes to the model. Even though I tried to search with the registeration and the VIN number I was shown the wrong part. BrakeParts is the only company that gave me the correct option. Also I was able to get confirmation of the correct part by phone. Good price and speedy delivery. Cabrio is now through the MOT.

Unexpectedly, needed two new rear caliper…
Changing brake pads and during this task I realised my Honda Civic needed new rear calipers. Ordered PM on a Tuesday and they were delivered before 11:00 AM on Weds. Perfect fit and car back on the road same day. I have used BrakeParts.co.uk for several years across several vehicles and always get top quality parts at reasonable prices. I could have got a lower price from other suppliers but delivery was 5-15 days
