Placed my order on the 18th Dec, supposed to be delivered in 2/4 working days but it’s now the 23rd Dec and I’m still waiting for my order. All I’ve received is a confirmation email when I placed the order and nothing else. Ive tried emailing and also contacted the company via their ‘contact us’ page on their website, where they supposedly reply within an hour, but now it’s a full week later and I’ve still not heard anything from them despite me chasing again today. They were quick enough to take my money! Absolute cowboys, don’t waste your time and money with them!! I really wish I hadn’t! Would give zero stars if I could.

I’m now having to reclaim my money from my credit card company as I have still not heard anything from them. Absolute SCAM!! Avoid at all costs.

**SCAM** Avoid this company. Item has not arrived. Chased on many emails but no response.
I’m logging a fraud log with my bank. Stay clear

Excellent communication all the way through.
The presentation box that the purse was in was a bitty tatty and scruffy.
Hopefully the purse will be ok ( it’s a present for the wife so not opened it yet )

Fast delivery and the product was very good quality.

I ordered a Jacket but when it came it was too big, so as advised in the returns policy I asked for an exchange for a smaller size. I wrote the reason for the exchange on the original receipt, put it back in the packaging and sent via Royal Mail tracking. The tracking shows the Jacket has been delivered to Branded Wear and has been signed for. That was over a week ago and no acknowledgment from Branded Wear that they have received this or that they have dispatched the smaller jacket despite several emails and contact form requests. My original order number is 40344. I believe I will have no choice but to seeks a refund via Paypal. Really shocking communication Branded Wear.

The site was so easy to navigate ordered my items and they were delivered very quickly,would use again lovely shopping experience.

I ordered a pair of Armani jeans which I still haven’t received,I’ve emailed a couple of times no reply i do not recommend this company they took the money quick enough i paid through PayPal so hopefully they can sort out a refund.

They sell good quality clothing at really competitive prices and with great customer service.
This item is great as a work shirt and is fairly generous in size for a large compared to other brands.

Purchased a pair of questionable pair of Armani J06 jeans. Returned 2 weeks ago due to wrongly described product (stiched emblem on pocket and not the metal badge??) still haven’t received a response or refund! Customer service is not existent

Purchased a Lacoste tee shirt ordered an XL but they’ve sent a XXL . Nice quality hopefully they will have the size I asked for .
