Very poor communication/ fake item
I bought this tee shirt which I ordered black one instead I received navy so I contacted them and they replied as to send pictures which I did while I was trying on and took the tag to check the fitting properly so their reply was you have wore the item and took the tag off so we can do anything and I got a feeling this item is not genuine Armani . Very poor communication so avoid and avoid shopping. I have been force to keep the item which I did not order that colour. AVOID AVOID

Hello Mitch,
When you contacted us, you had already removed the tag off this product which wouldn't allow us to sell this again and we believe that if you felt the wrong colour had been sent, you should have contacted us to return the item straight away without removing the tag.
We can also confirm that the colour sent was black as we do not have a navy polo in that style you ordered.
I would also like to add that non of our products are fake and all products are bought directly from the brand, or from verified wholesalers.

I have had a very bad experience with this website, the clothes are very poor quality and the customer service is hard to get in touch with, if you want to return times no details and you have to wait for the investigation team.

**** AVOID THIS COMPANY ****
Bought some denim shorts from this company. The name of the shorts is not the same as the ones Lacoste sell on their website. The material is very poor, no Lacoste label in the back, no metal zip fly only cheap plastic buttons, no metal Lacoste branded studs anywhere, no Lacoste crocodile stitched on the back pocket. Brandedwear used a photo for their website that was taken from the Lacoste website but that had the models head cropped off. None of the other photos on the Lacoste website were used because they all show the correct features/clothing elements that these shorts do not have. These exact shorts are also sold on the Lacoste website and other websites under a different/correct name type, with all the correct genuine Lacoste features as outlined above. When I advised brandedwear of this, they denied these shorts were not genuine Lacoste shorts and offered me only a £20 refund. They have also since taken them off their website, which is more dodgy. They will reply to this review and claim otherwise I am sure, yet I have all of the photos and details from their original website listing along with the photos and details of the correctly made/branded Lacoste shorts.
Avoid this website.
Case has been opened with Trading Standards to investigate.

The reason they're not the same name as the ones on the Lacoste website is because they're not the same short. As I mentioned to you over email the image was incorrect and we sent you a £20 refund as for our mistake. Also the item is still on our website and we have updated the images for the product. The fact that you have removed all tags & had these for 5 weeks before trying to claim they're not genuine then wanting to return them is ridiculous. We purchase everything with relevant paperwork & direct from the brand or their distributors. We have operated as a business for over 25 years and would never buy anything that wasn't genuine. I'll be happy to talk to anybody from trading standards should they want to contact us.

Brandedwear service good or bad?
I brought a kettlebell from Brandedwear on 02-04-2024.
The plastic coating of the kettlebell splitted out making a lot of cast iron powder scattered on my floor. It is dangerous for me to use.
I immediately sent an email to their email address with three clearly illustrated photos and request for the replacement.
