Arrived exactly as ordered with great communication and a solid service that resulted in a fantastic high quality product. Can't fault at all.

Paul was really accommodating for our large order of mince pies and was quickly able to give me time frames and availability. The packaging was really great quality and everyone was so surprised at just how delicious the mince pies were. They were also clearly marked with ingredients and that they were suitable for vegetarians which was perfect for quickly answering any questions about the product

I find the staff at Brandelity really easy to communicate with. They have answered all my emails very promptly and very effectively. When my order was complete and proof approved, the time taken to create and deliver my products was really fast!! I have purchased from them before and will definitely purchase from them again!

Extremely quick response time, team are good at communicating. Slight delay on my last package (1 day) against the time expected but I think this was down to ongoing problems with couriers rather than Brandelity. Regardless of this they were well within the expected delivery time at ordering. Would recommend.
