Brandelity is an outstanding company offering a wide selection of promotional corporate gifts. I have used many different companies in the past but nothing compares to the level of customer service and dedication this company provides. From the minute I began working with them I knew I was in safe hands. They helped me select items that were within my budget yet innovative and ahead of curve. They offer superior products at a realistic price. Their delivery timing exceeded expectations with contstant check-ins along the way. I would go nowhere else for promotional gifts. I’ve used Brandelity a few times for both large and small quantities of branded goods and they’ve always delivered. I would totally recommend them as they provide a very efficient, cost effective and friendly service.

DO NOT USE

Ordered bottles and they arrived in different colours and in completely the wrong finish. Delayed delivery times and even when the order was "corrected" the product was still wrong. Incapable of speaking to their suppliers and getting the right product.

I'm actually shocked how they can function. Our timelines were vital to our campaign, which they knew, and still missed them putting us in a really difficult position.

Lucy and the Brandelity team provide a very good service and prompt delivery. We are fully satisfied of our products.
