I hired a large wood chipper for a week back in August this year, through National Tool hire, when it went off hire i filled the tank to the brim with diesel, after a nightmare of a time getting my deposit back from NTH, I eventually got it with a £70 deduction for fuel !!!!!!, I contacted NTH and they said that Brandon are the ones that report the fuel usage to them hence the deduction, I contacted Brandon, they blamed it on NTH, and NTH are blaming Brandon, we are now in November and I cant get an answer from any of the 2 companies, so still £70 down, either it’s a deliberate act to defraud the hirer (me) or the chap that picked it up from site syphoned diesel from the tank., I thought Brandon would have been more helpful, however avoid NTH like the plague, just check trust-pilot to see how bad they are

Great Service
After collecting the small plant item ( 12" wacker plate) I returned home but when trying it out the next day I could not get it started. I returned to the branch with it where the fitters quickly attended to it and after a few small adjustments soon had it running perfectly. Great service right through from ordering online, collection, sorting out the problem and finally my return to offhire. Many thanks to all

Great service
On a visit to the hiring station in Livingston, I was shown the ladders they had available. Delivery and pickup of the ladder was flawless and prompt with notice also given of when delivery and drop off would be. I cannot fault the service.
