Good service, good price. Friendly and helpful staff in store and at the online call center. All equipment was in good condition and had everything needed.

Super friendly and helpful
Super friendly and helpful. Explained how to use the carpet cleaner, also told us where to find a video incase we had issues. Hired it for one day but they said we could take it back the next morning if we wanted.

Initial glich but they put things right.
I ordered the hire of a kitchen worktop mitering jig and router, for collection 3 days in advance. On the day, I set off at 7am and travelled 30 miles to collect it. On arrival, I was told that the jig was at another depot and would not be available until later in the day. Realising that I had travelled a considerable distance, the staff arranged to have it delivered to my home free of charge later that afternoon. They also allowed me to have an extra day's hire at no extra cost. Despite my initial irritation, I recognised that these gliches do happen and I was grateful to the Livingston staff, who pulled out all the stops to minimise the inconvenience. I'd like to congratulate them for their helpfullness and I will certainly wish to use their services again in future.
