Amazing service!
Amazing service! I phoned around 4 different suppliers before finding a business who was useful and direct. They found the product I needed in short notice and got the quote and invoice sent out immediately. It unfortunately turned out the product I needed was damaged recently and couldn't be used, and they offered an alternative upgrade for no extra cost. As I was ordering the tools for a site I hadn't been to before, they went there themselves from their local office to check the height requirements of the ladders needed for me. I can't speak highly enough of this company for going above and beyond to help out! 10/10!

Best service every time
I have used Brandon Hire multiple times during house renovations, and it has always been a very positive experience. They provide an excellent delivery service and have friendly and helpful staff, especially two super helpful delivery drivers (I'm not good with names - sorry, guys!).
They allow DIYers like me to access tools that would normally cost thousands of pounds.

Superb from start to finish. I placed an order online for my local branch and was contacted by them to advise that it isn't in stock and they've reserved an item from the other branch nearby. Service in that branch was very friendly, informative and helpful. I had to extend my hire and received the same level of support from the agents on the phone too. Before using Brandon I wasn't sure whether I would receive service designed for a tradesman but as a non-trade person, it was clear that Brandon were a customer focused company
