Found a pair of shoes on this site at a fab price. Ordered them very easily and the delivery and service was great. Have saved the web address to my favourites.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

A good service, from website to delivery.

The site was easy to use, well laid out, and explained everything at a perfect time with a good general vocabulary. The shoes fitted perfect after using the size guide. The delivery was free, with free returns. I will definitely shop here again.

Took a week to receive my order - website states 2-3 days. took them 1.5 days to dispatch them. boots weren't suitable unfortunately and they didn't even come in a box! just put in a bag with the usual stuffing in them not what I would expect for a good pair of boots, so I am trying to return them - two emails to customer service later and STILL no reply! so I'm £84 out of pocket with no idea how to return them...would be a lot easier if I could just take them to a post office. I wont be using them again - too much of an inconvenience. I would suggest buying from a good site like Stylist Pick.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered 3 shoes till now but returned one due to fitting issues.The collection service was as good as the delivery service from my home saving me trip to to the post office.
I also saved £15 on my first order.

Brandosa has a huge variety of shoes to pick from, with nice brands like Fly. The website is really easy to use and they often have good reductions on prices. My shoes arrived in a few days and I was really pleased with my choices. Unfortunately I had to return one pair of shoes as they were too small. I thought this might be difficult as I would maybe need to send them overseas. The return process was very simple - just an email to the customer service who responded really quickly to arrange a collection by Parcel force. Have used Brandosa twice now and will continue to use as the first point to look for shoes.

I don't like the returns policy as I found it really inconvenient. I no longer work so have no workplace address to be used as a collection point. Staying in all day waiting for Parcel Force to collect a returned item feels really quite old-fashioned in these days of central collection points such as those operated by Collect+. I'm afraid it will stop me from using the site in the future.

I ordered a pair of boot online on Saturday morning, and they were at my house on the following Thursday! The boots are perfect; they arrived in the Betsey Johnson box inside a plastic shipping bag. The online shipping tracker was nice to see when my boots left the Brandosa warehouse, but it was a little confusing knowing exactly where they were once in transit, especially when they entered the UK where it appears they sat in customs for a few days... Either way -- no complaints! Great boots and quick shipping with no hassles, who could ask for more?

Ordered shoes and were delivered 5 days later. Was able to track delivery all the way. Unfortunately had to return them but really easy to do. Email to customer services and within an hour the free collection was arranged. Would definitely use Bandosa again :)

Shoes arrived quickly and well packaged - there was a small defect on one of the shoes. Very easy to contact customer services, my query was dealt with the same day and agreed a reduction in the price. Really happy with how I was treated. Would trust shopping with them again.
