While the shopping experience was pleasant enough, the product made its way into the trash in short order. The paint was runny, had no body, and did not cover. Too busy at the time to return, frustrating waste of money.

I ordered the socket. Emailed them for a "tracking number" to return it, NOT FOR A REFUND, but to exchange the part.I never heard anything back from Brand Sport. $19.99 + $4.95 s&h down the drain.

I needed a replacement wiper blade and had a couple of questions. Brandsport was quick to respond, helpful, and I received exactly what I needed in perfect condition.

Receive my orders quickly and correctly. The only caveat I would say would be the differences between similar items like bed liners should be highlighted so you know you are looking at the correct one.
