All orders have to be handmade and delivered by a real local florist that is nearby to the delivery address. Sometimes, it is best if you speak directly to that florist. Ken

Have purchased almost 2k of various floral arrangements from Brant Florist as an individual in past year or so..sending to someone in Ontario while in the States always made me skeptical after being burnt from many of the Big Boy floral delivery sites..not using names directly, but Anti-Pro Flowers and OMG ( letters lined up for what they actually are).. are the worst. Brant has always overdelivered (no pun intended)..and everyone has been extremely happy when they received..even when having to bother them on phone..very professional always.. simply the best!

Not happy
I've already left a "review" on their FB page. Very disappointed to find that the flowers I ordered on the 22nd were not delivered and we did NOT receive anything from the company that they were unable to fulfill the order. I didn't know our daughter did not receive the flowers until I talked to her late on Christmas day.
The company said they informed us of 3 florists in the area (Washington state) to try, but that's not true, as we received no communication at all from them. They had my phone # and my email address. Won't use them again.

Margaret Yes, your order was received early in the evening of Sunday Dec 22 when we were closed. The order was going to Enumclaw WA We checked the nearest 3 small local independent florists Monday morning and concluded we would not be able to get through to them by phone and convince them to take another order from a third party flower shop.
We sent you 3 emails all to the same address automatically loaded from your customer profile. You stated you received the first one with a copy of your order in Sunday evening. And your received the third one early on Mon with your refund receipt. It is very strange you did not see the middle one one with the names of 3 local florists and their phone numbers.
Last minute orders at Christmas are a huge challenge. Most florists refuse delivery on the 24th and close early allowing their weary staff to go home and rest or take care of last minute Christmas details. Getting same day delivery on Dec 23 is very difficult for smaller places.
It is always possible in large cities with lots of florists like Surry Vancouver.
However, we do again apologize for the issue. We do wish there was some Internet magic for the delivery of flowers to other places besides our own city.
Customers do need to understand and accept the fact that all florist orders have to be delivered by a real nearby close flower shop. There is no delivery magic. Ken

I went on google to find a florist in my daughter's area and your web site was the best one I saw, so gave you a try. I am so glad I did and from now on you will be my "go to" choice for flowers. I always use Brant Florist. The online ordering process is quick and efficient. I've never had a problem with delivery. Everyone I've sent flowers to tells me they are lovely!! I mean, who wouldn't love flowers - it's so nice to make someone's day!!

Tom I phoned Holly and she was pleased with the flowers. We advised you there would be substitutions as the image flowers were not available. You are in Ireland, we are in Ontario and the recipient is in Strasbourg which a very small place is Saskatchewan with no florist. But I come from Saskatchewan and I knew the florist in Lumsden would deliver. They asked for $50 extra to go the some 50km to Strasbourg. You agreed to substitution and the extra $50. Is your BAD review really fair and justified? You will never get flowers delivered to Holly again. Ken
