I chose an arrangement from their pictures but the arrangement delivered was not even close to my selection. I will say the arrangement was pretty and the recipients said they were so I guess considering I did not give the florist much time, all is well that ends well!

Faye What is your order number please? I am certain your ordered from us BUT your order was delivered in another town or city. All orders have to be handmade and delivered by a local florist nearby to the delivery address. That filling florist can only make the order with flowers and materials on hand in stock. The image is a guide only. and does not matter if none of the flowers are available. Substitution is often essential on same day and next day delivery orders. If you order a week ahead of the delivery date, the local florist can usually order in the flowers required from their local wholesaler. Then they can hand make it like the web image.
