OMG - Brant Florist is the best!
OMG! Brant Florist is amazing! Never been disappointed even when the arrangement is coming from one of their partners in other cities. Their expectations are even more than mine. Their Website is also very user friendly.

I don't think they even deserve one star. I had placed an order for Christmas, and it was three days after it was to be delivered that I found out that it couldn't be delivered. By then it was too late to find another florist to deliver by Christmas. Find a local florist and call them direct, DON'T use an online florist!

Wendy Was your order going to Blum TX ? (BFW112937) Received order Dec 16 and refunded Dec 17. The ONLY local florist turned out to do weddings and events but not Christmas. Blum has a population of 444 last census and is way to small to support a florists. Other florists in the area were too far away . There is no way we could know in advance that the local florist only does weddings and events. But I again apologize for the problem. We did advise you in 2 e mails on Dec 17 that delivery was not available. There simply is not a florist in every location. . Also lots of florists have closed shop. Ken

Christine What was your order number ? We tried to get your order delivered, You received a full refund.. And YES the banks take 3 to 5 business days to complete a refund and cancel the charge to your credit card. You would have had the same result no matter where you ordered. Do we deserve a bad review because we tried very hard to fill your order? Ken

I was very nervous at first.....
I was very nervous to send an arrangement that I hadn't seen with my own eyes BUT....the recipient was thrilled with it and it lasted for weeks!!!! I would highly recommend Brant Florist! Thank you for letting me honor someone with a beautiful arrangement.

David What was your order number please? All orders have to be handmade and delivered by a local florist. That florist can only fill the order with flowers and materials on hand in stock. If they do not have the items for the image, they have to substitute, All florist web sites including ours carry huge disclaimer messages to warn you that the image is a guide only. We normally inform you if the local filling florist advises us that substitution is required. Sadly, far too many believe in internet magic when ordering flowers via third party web site. If you order a week ahead of the delivery date, the local florist can usually order in the flowers and materials required to fill your order. As a third party florist, we really have NO control over what the local filling florist makes and delivers. In light of realty, I do not find your review fair. Ken
