Very happy with my 2019 Cardio Pro
Very happy with my 2019 updated Cardio Pro treadmill. Arrived on exactly the day promised when ordered, delivered to an upstairs room by a very friendly driver (didn’t catch his name unfortunately), who insisted, even though I hadn’t paid for it, on setting the machine up for me. Not only that but he also removed all of the packaging which saved me a trip to the tip. Follow up text from Branx to make sure everything went well. First rate service. Hoping for many years of good use from the treadmill. Easy buying experience, and great communication from everyone.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, website clearly states that they will deliver to NI ( where nearly 2 million UK residents live ) One failed payment and phone call later, it turns out they won't. Instead of clearly informing the consumer of this on their site, they simply let the payment fail, with no explanation. ( They also give no explanation to the customer in this way on Amazon ) If this is how potential customers are treated before a sale, I wouldn't trust this company to deal with product issues at a later date after a sale.
*In response to your reply. My review is entirely accurate. You have a function on your site that allows the potential customer to check delivery costs. I checked this and it stated delivery to Armagh, NI would be free. I then filled in the details and made a purchase. The purchase would not complete. I then called and you told me you do not deliver to NI. You said and I quote, that your way of stopping purchases from NI is simply to not allow payment. No eplanation will be offered to the NI customer unless they call you. If they don't, they will be left frustrated attempting to make a purchase through your site. This in my view is poor customer service, a you treat potential customers from NI and i presume other parts of the UK with contempt. This is why I have left this review.
Delighted to recommend Branxfitness
I bought the Elite Run Pro Treadmill from Branxfitness after reading all the glowing reviews online - and they weren’t wrong! Really easy purchase, fast delivery and outstanding customer service, you can tell this is a company that actually cares about its customers. The treadmill itself is fantastic too, we’re delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - thank you 😁
Best customer service and brilliant quality products
Well. What can I tell you about Branx. Maybe I should start with the fact that I very rarely leave reviews yet felt compelled to. I cant remember the last time - if ever - I have received such amazing customer service. As soon as I placed my order, I had a friendly email from Rachel and soon after (as I live fairly remotely) a call from Peter regarding delivery options. I was blown away. The delivery arrived sooner than I thought, the guys took it into the room I wanted (which I was worrying about as no way I could've lifted it). A follow up text to find out that all had arrived ok followed shortly after. I mean, what amazing service. I had a couple of questions regarding the running of the machine (no pun intended) and Peter and Rachel were on the case the very same day. I have been blown away by the personal touch. Thank you Branx fitness. 100% recommend. Excellent product (Elite Runner Pro) and excellent service.
Elite Pro run treadmill…
I have recently purchased the Branx Fitness Elite Run Pro Treadmill. I can honestly say from start to finish the team at Branx have been excellent and a pleasure to do business with. Pre ordering I had questions and concerns, these were dealt with professionally and swiftly, the delivery was quick and straight forward, the after sales service has been 5 star and I am now enjoying the road to fitness and a healthier lifestyle.
Thanks Branx Fitness and I would highly recommend this product and Company Julie Collinson Preston Lancashire

Beware
Beware. Bought a trendmill directly from Branx 4 years ago when it suddenly failed. We were told the issue was with the control board which had failed due to the fact we hadn't lubricated the deck. We proceeded to lubricate the deck for over a week with out running it and then we replaced control board. It then turned out that the actual issue was with the motor and when we contacted Branx to try and get a replacement we were told they no longer stocked the motor. Problem with this is the motor was meant to be under warranty for 5 years. Branx instead tried to sell us another trendmill for over £500.00. Moral of the story is their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on and they'll try every trick to get out of taking responsibility. Bought a replacement from John Lewis and you can immediately tell the difference in build quality and you know John Lewis won't mess you about if anything goes wrong.
In response to the Below
What you say about the treadmill being damp is complete nonsense and very much inaccurate. We asked Mark if there was an issue with where it was stored and he said there was no issue. The reason I had to get the motor looked at by a 3rd party was because Mark was adamant it was not the motor at fault but the MCB, which turned out to be incorrect. You were very quick to jump on the fact we had had it looked at and that was the angle you was using to get out of providing a replacement, and you said you would look at providing a replacement as a goodwill gesture but then miraculously didn't stock the motor anymore, then tried to up-sell me. Though the MCB had become faulty I suspect it was as a result of the faulty motor which on inspection by a technician found a fault in the commutator and also uneven wearing of the brushes.
I don't blame Mark as he did his best to diagnose the fault but as a technician myself, sometimes you get things wrong and on this occasion he did, but he was accommodating and a very nice guy.
So the inaccuracies you speak of are on your side not ours and saying when you took the cover off it was damp is an utter lie and i'm appalled you would fabricate such nonsense.
Offering to help me by selling me another treadmill for £500 + isn't help its an insult.

Very Happy, 2nd Treadmill after 7 Years of pounding away.
This is my 2nd Branx Fitness treadmill, first one lasted me 7 years and me and my missis use it 6 days a week as we are heavily into running and are part of NHRR (north herts road runners). If this new one lasts us another 7years what more can one ask for. Thanks Branx Fitness
Branx running machine
Brought a branx treadmill. Didnt work when delivered. Peter came and replaced board. Had machine 2 years always seemed weak. Would cut out without warning. Eventually motor went according to peter. Charged me 80 quid to check it out kept telling me how wonderful his company was and how great the machine was. Sorry Peter it really wasn't that good got tired ofyou blaming everything on my garage .sorry branx wont be using you again.
Branx terrible aftersales service
I bought a treadmill in 2013 and in 2015 the incline stopped working. Contacted the company and they promised to send out new parts for me to fit. They didn't arrive. Further parts (circuit board) were sent out but caused the treadmill to run at a much slower unacceptable speed. Several emails have now been sent to Peter, the manager, to try and resolve this but all have been ignored. Phone is never answered and goes to answerphone. This is ongoing and nearly 3 months without a working treadmill is causing a great deal of frustration with a company that advertises 100% customer satisfaction..not in my experience!
Great treadmill alongside excellent service!!
I bought my treadmill last month, use it quite a lot and its very good. It fits nicely in my spare room!
The treadmill is fantastic, very happy with it, the service i received from branx and his team was impeccible as well, very polite and professional, highly recommend Branx to anyone i know!!
Couldn't be happier. Fantastic company
I purchased the branx fitness club runner treadmill and seriously if you are looking for something to run on which comes close to making you feel as though your at the gym, then buy this treadmill.
It's mega sturdy, looks so so so nice in our living room and absolutely anyone who walks in and sees it comments on how nice it looks. Then they try it out and they want one.
Branx fitness are a great really professional company to do business with and they get my full approval.
Very happy and feeling fitter already!
We've had our treadmill for 2 weeks now and so far can't fault it. Feels sturdy and stable which I really wasn't expecting. Personally I can't tell the difference between ours and the ones at the gym... apart from ours is in our spare bedroom!
