Wouldn't even give 1 star only No option. Have a look on their website for reviews. Do NOT use this company to book a holiday woth. Our holiday was totally ruined. Phoned and emailed on first day arriving at our apartment. No WiFi, nothing to cook on even tho advertised as self catering kitchen, we actually had mice in our apartment videos have already been sent in . No response at all from neither phone calls or emails. We just wanted moved to a different hotel so we could enjoy our holiday but no one got back to us . Never again

I just want answers and a manager to speak to me
I purchased a holiday for myself and my grandson in September to fuerteventura from break4holidays 2019 wee were flying with Thomas Cook they went bust so I phoned asked what I was to do next I was told I would get refunded I didn't so they are holding on to my money which was for 1,170 pounds I was assured I would get a refund was told the guy James who sold me the holiday didn't work there enamore I don't no why this was related unless he pocked my money they would not let me talk to a manager he was always too busy and would phone me back next day never happened never have I received a phone call from them so they have stolen my money I never got the holiday or a refund I gather everyone who bought a holiday got refunded I just want my money back it's not your money please refund its mine I have just found out about trustpilot I have send texts emails and went to the bank was to late because covid happened I have booked holidays with lots of different company's never have I had an issue till I came across break4holidays I will only go with a package holiday company now I now use jet 2 I have never had an issue with them I will never use this company again very angry it's disgusting I can't afford to lose money in this way I also see they only answer to good reviews not bad ones
