They denied my 3.5k payout, purely because of a glitch. I had a problem where I couldn’t set my stop losses and instead had to put them in manually which would take me longer than 60s as I would have to manually read the number I would want my stop loss on an so fourth. That’s not the problem however, I really needed this payout, in the email I got it said if u think we made a mistake contact us, so I did through their discord, I had told them what happend, showed proof of it and they still didn’t even care. From the start they kept saying they can’t do anything but if they couldn’t then why say email if u think it was a mistake. So I brushed it off and asked them if I can speak to Kareem as I’m sure he would have helped me out. But they kept moving past it and not saying anything about him almost as if they didn’t want me talking to him. I tried many times to message him on discord and tt but never got a response, I have never had any problems with btc but I’m sure if I got in contact w Kareem he would have done his best to help.

Nothing but problems with this firm the staff contradicts themselves and accuse traders of lying, my payout got approved and on the day I was supposed to be paid (Tuesdays) I got asked for a risk interview instead which makes no sense if I’m already approved, bearing in mind they made an announcement before this stating no more risk interviews. So I started questioning it and not one staff member could give me an answer, and now I’m being accused of fraud for not attending the interview which hasn’t even been scheduled (staff told me they’d get back to me about it and never did)

Stay away they’ll do absolutely anything not to pay out

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Breakthrough Capital. My account was breached with no valid reason whatsoever, and this isn’t the first time it has happened. Today, because of their unjustified actions, I have lost out on a £7,000 payout that I rightfully earned.

What makes this even worse is that this has happened multiple times, and each time I received no proper explanation, no transparency, and no accountability. As a trader, I follow the rules and manage my risk carefully, yet Breakthrough Capital continues to breach accounts without evidence or proper justification.

The lack of professionalism and clarity is shocking. I am honestly stunned at how a prop firm can operate like this—repeatedly removing payouts and breaching accounts while offering nothing but vague responses. I have lost time, effort, and significant earnings because of their actions.

I expected a fair and honest partnership, but instead I’ve been left with frustration, disappointment, and a huge payout that has been unfairly taken away. I strongly warn other traders to think twice before trusting this firm with your time and money.

It is so disappointing as to how I have just now been banned from speaking on the chat on discord for 7 days it goes to show that how much they value their customers.

“I have a 2-step challenge and the spreads are extremely bad, super high spreads. And whenever you start talking about it, I get timed out and all my messages get deleted. I create a ticket and then they say nothing and just close my ticket, while I couldn’t say anything. I do not recommend this, Also a very bad experience: I had 2 challenges that were funded and both were breached for no reason, even though I had received both certificates. And when I asked for my live login, breach. They hide super dirty, sneaky rules in all kinds of nonsense texts. Friends of mine with more than 100k+ also got breached. I will never buy here again and I recommend you do the same.

this is an honest review, i have been trading with btc since it first came out and i have had manyyy accounts, and i can say DO NOT go for these guys, i have been loyal for long for no reason, they denied 4 of my funded accounts, not giving me my live account for one of them, and they ban u without telling you why, they banned me from their discord so i cant go ask support, they have rubbish staff, do not recommend these guys at all they are jokers ,they always say we are improving and they go back to being rubbish like they are

I don’t recommend this company. I passed the challenge, and during verification they said my IP didn’t match because there were two different ones. I explained that I live near the border and commute to another country every day for work. I even provided documents proving it, but the support team didn’t accept them and claimed I was using a VPN. They’re just taking people’s money. They send emails saying they added two new rules to the terms, while they actually added three, and didn’t inform anyone. Support replies only when they feel like it — sometimes you have to wait two days. I don’t recommend them.

I have evidence my starting balance daily pnl shows that i haven't reach daily loss limit but they block my account and send me email that says daily loss limit detected . And also unfair rules on instant account 5 profitable days within 7 days which is crazy even the ceo can't do that .

Won a competition account on X, the host didn't issue the account and the prop firm refused to follow through after i won the account..the discord team is even rude, if they find you complain or nag them they put you on timeout

“At first, I thought this prop firm was good and trustworthy due to how the owner represented himself. Then, they changed the rules by removing the two-minute rule and the three trades per pair rule, and I thought, great, amazing! But then they added those rules back almost immediately without proper explanation, and they also started limiting the traders. On top of that, the communication on Discord is rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. They claimed we were entering a new era, with MT5 added, but less than a month later, they reverted everything. And when you try to speak to the owner, there’s no response, no communication, and no dialogue at all

Absolute scam. Someone in my community recommended this prop firm, so I decided to try it. Long story short, I was doing a live trading stream on my Discord. I entered gold sell positions that went into a bit of drawdown but never breached the max drawdown — everyone watching could clearly see that. After about half an hour, the trades were running in profit and I was close to passing the account when I suddenly received a false breach notice. After contacting support, they were rude and unhelpful. I strongly recommend staying far away from this prop firm and choosing companies that actually pay out & dont cantact the guy named charlie he is rude and needs to be fired!!!! (By the reply you can see this Company is a scam🤣 i can also show evryone the proof that the account is closed into profits and never hit the max dd)

Charmingly scamming people with their BOGO discount and sneak A rule without notifying anyone(they expect u to read their website everyday when taking a trade) 😂 . I didn't even do research on This firm when i bought a challenge from because the owner is Muslim I thought he would be better. Maybe he is but the firms is red flag

The crappiest “firm” of the bunch. The rules are literally designed to make you fail as much as possible. I can take a bet that these rules do not apply to their "influencer" traders.

They’ve introduced a new very limiting rule which takes away the freedom from Traders. “No more than 3 trades per asset per day” this means scalpers can say bye. My account is up 4.5k on the day but I’ve been told it will automatically be hard breached once I reach payout

What more, you cannot re-enter a trade on the same asset within 5 minutes. The concept could be correct but timing wasn't so a re-entry was taken? Yeah... that's a hard breach!

Don't trade with them. After review, my phase two was failed due to a random hardly mentioned rule: "Opening same instrument trade under 5 minutes trade counts under same trade idea."

The thing is this rule was not breached. A contract was closed and a minute after I entered a position. Keeping in mind the first trade was placed a day before. Still due to the closing of the trade (which is not implied by the rule), the whole account was failed. Please take your money elsewhere there are plenty of other trustworthy firms without tons of random rules designed to fail you. They try to bring their faith into it to shown honesty but it's all fugazi fugayzi.

They put up a discount code with buy one get one free.It was for 24 hours and i tried the code just after 24 hours around the 25th hour…The code worked however they wouldnt give me the Free account and said it expired.Well if it did why did the code work???….they highlighted a message that was for another code maybe three days earlier which wasnt even relevant to this day’s case.I want my account this is a fraud

I have three funded accounts with BREAKTHROUGH CAPITAL—two 50K accounts and one 10K account. You can see the certificates on my TikTok: blackfx_official.

On my first payout from the 10K account, they closed my account and claimed that I breached the lot-size rule, which I absolutely did not. The trade they say was 10 lots was actually only 0.4 lots. I have a screenshot of that exact trade and can provide it to anyone interested. I opened a ticket on Discord, but instead of helping, they timed me out for 7 days without giving any response.

Give your money to a thief—at least he won’t waste your time and effort passing an account and making a payout.
