Passed Phase 1 & 2 and received a congratulations email, waiting for KYC. Then 9 hours later I get hit with a rule breach.

They claimed I have 2 accounts with the same name and same IP. I only have one email and one account. No proof was shown, just “risk team decision is final.”

I was never given a chance to prove my identity even though I could easily show passport and payment details.

Makes sense why they do weekly sales and BOGO offers.

I am writing this review to formally document a deeply troubling experience with Breakthrough Capital.

I was granted an account (ID: 109639) and later submitted a legitimate payout request, which was explicitly acknowledged multiple times by their official support team as “under review”, “processing”, and “escalated”. During this same period, I was clearly and repeatedly informed in writing that my account was active and had not been closed.

Subsequently, I was told that my account had actually been closed on November 3rd for an alleged rule breach. This directly contradicts the written confirmations I received after that date, all of which are timestamped, documented, and preserved. To date, this contradiction has never been properly explained.

More concerning, while I fully documented all of my own trades, additional trades appeared on my account that I did not place. This raises serious questions regarding unauthorized access. When I formally requested clarification and asked for basic access logs (IP addresses, login timestamps) to resolve this issue transparently, my request was ignored.

Instead of addressing these concerns, my support ticket was closed, and I was removed from all communication channels on Discord, leaving me with no remaining method of contacting support. There is also no active email support provided. This effectively prevented any further dialogue or dispute resolution.

To summarize, my experience involved:
• Confirmed payout processing later denied
• Contradictory and inconsistent statements about account status
• An unexplained account closure
• Evidence of potential unauthorized account activity
• And ultimately, denial of communication after raising a formal dispute

All claims mentioned above are supported by screenshots, timestamps, trade records, and official messages. This review is written factually, calmly, and based solely on documented evidence.

I am not posting this out of emotion, but out of necessity and transparency. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to exercise extreme caution and to carefully evaluate how disputes and client concerns are handled when issues arise.

Breakthrough capital❌️ scam with your capital ✅️ first of all when I buy my account I received my account Credentials after a week then some how I passed my both phase 1 and 2 and got funded and then they have some hiding rule that you will know when you request for payout like 5 minimum 5 profitable days with 0.25% gain and consistency score below 40% blah blah when I request for my on January 1st and they respond me on 7th January you break rule and we rejected your payout

after i passed phase 2 they breached my acc bc of some trash rules only this prop have, they say in promi videos no swaps fees bc its haram and that is not true they charge u for everything, i passed one of my blitz acc in one day in December 12.19.2025 and still i didnt receive my funded acc today is 6 january so i can see what type of props they are.

Worst prop firm of all time , denied payout so many times over rules that i had literally not blown, rules are complete boggus, support is mid. Do not trade with this prop firm.

ive been trying to request my payout and but each time i try to write my amount that i want to withdraw on the site it doesnt let me then forcefully make me request the entire amount so it can get rejcected i try taking out 50% of my profit but they site wont let me type an amount and theres no support team ive sent countles emails with no valid human assistance im crashing out and i really need this payout cause this is my second payout and its the second time when my payout date comes im not being allowed to type an amount and im not even getting customer support THIS PROP FIRM NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT AND I NEED MY PAYOUT!!

They scam me about payout i followed the rule i always trade under 0.50% also they change rules on there own. They don't care about people only about money they hide under we are Muslim we won't scam anyone. Breakthrough Capital constantly promotes discounted accounts and sales. Buying an account is easy and heavily marketed.

My experience changed when it came time for a payout.

A funded account and payout were blocked because IP addresses appeared from two different countries. The trader’s residence in one of those countries was already verified, and the second country was due to regular family visits, multiple personal devices, mobile data, hotspots and local Wi-Fi. No VPN, no account sharing.

Despite explanations and proof that all connections were personal:

No written breach notification was provided

No specific policy or clause was cited

Support tickets were closed without response

Communication was restricted

The only response was “the decision is final”

The process appears to focus on selling accounts, while payouts can be denied using vague and undocumented reasoning.

At that point, a “funded account” offers little value — you could trade a demo account at a broker with effectively the same financial result.

I’m sharing this so other traders can decide whether they’re comfortable with this risk.

Bought a instant funded account, asked for a payout but was rejected because they changed the rules. After buying the account they can change the rules and deny your money. Stay away from this firm.

I’ve seen great highs with this company, they have delivered their promises on countless occasions such as removing the 2 minute rule, faster payouts within 48hrs, increasing the risk on trades, mt5 introduction and much more.
Yes the company has had its shaky times, but throughout those time, I knew they would make it successfully and deliver us what they promised, and clearly they are doing so. I am very glad to be part of this community.
