I REQUESTED THE 2 PAYOUTS ON THE 23RD OF FEBRUARY AND THEIR STILL PENDING AFTER +1 MONTH, BUT THEN I REQUESTED A THIRD PAYOUT ON THE 3RD OF APRIL AND IT GOT DENIED IMMEDIATELY FOR "ONE DIRECTIONAL TRADING". NEW RULES TO DENY PAYOUTS , THIS RULE WASNT EVEN A THING BY THE TIME I BOUGHT AND GOT FUNDED ON THE ACCOUNT. OVER 50 TRADERS ARE WAITING FOR PAYOUTS AND ALL ARE PROBABLY GOING TO BE REJECTED, THE FIRM IS ABOUT TO RUG PULL. KAREEM IS A BIG TIME SCAMMER!

These guys are 100% scammers,all they will do is promote their prop firm so people can buy challenges but you will never get your payout.i traded a$50k account for a whole month,made $5k profit on it and then requested my payout,it took them 3 weeks to respond back to me,when they did respond they said alot of people were using my IP and rejected my payout,i asked them for proof and they failed to provide me with the proof,after that they said the IP rule was banned a while ago,so how is my payout rejected due to IP rule when it was banned a long time ago,they couldn't respond to that,they said i must open a ticket and wait for admin,i waited 2 weeks and the admin didn't respond,my $5k gone just like that,no valid reason just a load of scammers,how can a admin of a firm be busy for 2 weeks to just respond a ticket for a few mins,worst prop firm there is,i dont even wanna call it a prop firm because they just scammers.dont bother wasting your time and money on them.

This prop firm is a walking scam avoid it !!!! I passed two challenges one was breached because I risk apparently too much on a trade I said to myself alright then I passed another account I followed every f**** rules and I ask for a payout. They said because I trade from Belgium I can’t have my payout. It s says nothing on their rules about that !!! They invented plenty of reasons to breached your account once you asked for a payout it s crazy. If you don t want to get scammed don’t trade with them

They have manipulated data to state reasons for not passing the account. There is a reason why reputable traders in the space DO NOT TRADE WITH BREAKTHOUGH. I HAVE LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

I requested a payout in mid-January and was placed into a risk interview scheduled for 23rd February. After the interview, I was told I would receive an outcome within 2–3 days. However, there was no communication for over a month despite multiple follow-ups with moderators, including Felix.

Eventually, I received an email stating I had breached the payout terms. While I respect the decision, the lack of communication throughout—leaving my account on hold for over two months—is extremely disappointing and needs significant improvement.

AVOID SCAMMERS
Very bad propfirm , they're very slow for a reason .
Very disappointing experience. The company is extremely slow at every stage of the process. Phase transitions take several days, support responses take about a week, and the KYC verification seems to drag on forever.
Every time I send a document, they reject it without proper explanation and ask for something else. This back-and-forth has been going on for weeks. It feels like they intentionally delay the process instead of helping traders move forward.
Communication is poor and the overall experience has been frustrating. Based on what I’ve seen so far, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone serious about trading.

This message is adressed to all of you, It might take time to read everything I know but maybe it will be useful for all of you guys.
I want to share with you my experience with BreakThrough Capital which is very bad and unfair because something « weird » happened today : They breached my account because of a stup*d reason.

I will explain everything :
Me and my brother started trading since almost 2 years, after sacrifices and hard work my brother suceeded in trading by winning his live account for the first time in his life and unfortunately it was with this propfirm. At the same time I had a Blitz Live account with them and I needed 3 profitable days to be eligible for my first ever payout in my life. Guys you can not imagine how happy he was, I was very happy for him too because he fought very hard after sleepless nights for both of us and I was happy about myself because I was closer than ever, we followed our process we did everything good, every executions was so accurate, everything was fine. Yesterday he requested his payout and today got rejected + breach his account AND they breached mine too (notice that I did my own KYC and my brother did his KYC too, they are supposed to know that we are two different persons) , because, listen guys they said because « There is multiple accounts (which is 2, one for me and the other for my brother) in one adress ip »
I think this is the most stup*d reason I have ever seen in my entire trading process. Where is the problem when both of us share the same home and live together? with their logic, You can’t get 2 profitable traders sharing one home because of « same ip adress » when it’s about payout they find ANY reason to breach you I swear this is unfair… but but but when it’s about purchasing their accounts they s*ut their mouths they don’t tell you about « adress ip ».

Why didn’t they reject the fact that me and my brother purchased theirs account because of « same ip adress » ?? When it’s about getting money they say nothing they accept receiving money, but when YOU and I request payout to receive your halal money, they try to find any reason to breach you. I swear to Allah if the same scenario happened with an influencer they will fix it quickly (that’s why they ask about social media details).

I told you everything guys, maybe there is people who want to buy a challenge, just think well because maybe they will find a reason to breach you. If they can fix it for me it’s good for both of us, but if they will not, I won’t stop texting here in Discord, Instagram Tiktok and Trust Pilot. Allah is here and he sees everything. I will never forgive them unless they fix it in the correct way ! Allah sees everything.

Waiting 3 weeks for a response an got told to do risk interview with Hakeem

So I done my risk interview with hakeem and we had a chat about how I did

He said your trading style is very simple and clean and you will 100% be paid out ( also saying wallahi)

He even added that if I don’t get it in the time he told me I can mention him in the ticket and he will sort it out !

After risk interview waiting for a month for my money to come as there’s a “back log” and according to them i will be paid out before March 5th 2026

Today March 4th I asked support are we gonna be paid out and then one the admins called Felix who never reads anything came and said ok then breached my account for “trading the same strategy”

I kept asking to elaborate this breach they told me to wait for support ticket

Support ticket doesn’t help at all and mute me across both of my discords and admin block me

Kareem, month of Ramadan you got your company doing this

This propfirm won’t pay my brother Bryant out what a worst propfirm

I am very disappointed with my experience with Breakthrough Capital.I requested a payout after successfully trading and following all their rules. However, my payout was rejected with the claim that I signed up using multiple email addresses. The emails they listed do not belong to me, and I have never created or operated multiple accounts.I have contacted their support team multiple times to dispute this and request evidence, but they have not responded for several days.
As a trader who followed the rules and traded legitimately, I expected fairness and transparency. Instead, I am being ignored without proper explanation.
I hope Breakthrough Capital reviews this matter properly and resolves it fairly. I am still open to resolving this professionally.

Please don't trade with these prop firm that have huge discounts, 9 out 10 times they are scammers, I requested 4 payouts from my 4 instant funded account over 2 weeks now and I haven't received any update, when I message them on discord I realized many many person in there discord group are facing the same problem,
Just simple join there discord group and ask how long people take to get payout and then instantly you will see everyone complaining that they don't receive there payout and they are not communicating with there clients, please don't waste your money with them

Stay away form this FIRM! they have rejected my live account due to an issue within phase one, however, i had receieved an email form them stating they have reviewed phase one and it has been fully approved on the 4/02/2026. After waiting over 3 days to get my phase two account i then passed that within 4 days, after waiting another 3 days to get my KYC which got approved i then recieved an email saying i breahced in phase one. Once i created a ticket via there discord server i was then told they do not review any phase one and do a review after phase two. Once i mentioned they have given out misleading information they have NOW DELETED MY TICKET AND BANNED ME FROM THE SERVER!!!

Do not be fooled by cheap challenges and “great rules.” The real test isn’t passing it’s getting paid.

The moment you become profitable and request a payout, suddenly there are investigations, interviews, and delays that can take 2–3 months. They hide behind “copy trading concerns,” but instead of dealing with specific violations, they hold payouts broadly.

What’s the point of passing an account if you don't get paid.

this is a strategy to make profitable traders give up while keeping losing traders comfortable. A serious prop firm pays traders on time it doesn’t create obstacles once you win.

Rejected two live accounts
Payout rejection due to using vpn when it wasn’t active during trading periods -any excuse to not pay out
Also rejected me 100k funded account for spreads/ slippage.
Only use High end firms like FTMO - paying cheap prices like these only cause you to waste time and money. Take it from someone funded 1M over the years
