Order update: It is now June 23, 2022 and they still haven't fulfilled my order. They won't respond to any emails or messages requests. I've asked repeatedly with no type of response. This used to be a good company, used to get good prices with a decent ship time but has went to sh!t. Especially on customer service. They don't want to fulfill orders now and they just don't want to help. I've sent so many messages and emails.

I emailed and got some lame ass excuse back about being under new management. I contacted the BBB in hopes for a resolution. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not what they used to be!

I placed my last order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I reached out by email a week ago requesting tracking information and have gotten zero response. At this point I just want my money back because I have had to purchase the products somewhere else. Unfortunately this will probably be my last order with this company. It's been over a month. No fulfillment, no shipping, no response to several emails. All you guys need to do is communicate with people and respond, yet you can't even go the bare minimum. Now I'm gonna have to dispute this with my bank, thankfully they don't argue since unlike you they care about their customers. I suggest Peopke put breazy in the past. If they make this right, I'll take this review down since I've had good dealings with them in the past, but I sense they are long gone.
