I RESERVED A ROOM THROUGH THEM AT…

I RESERVED A ROOM THROUGH THEM AT 11:30PM THAT NIGHT BECAUSR I WAS ON MY WAY TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL SO THE RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR THAT NIGHT SO MIDNIGHT COMES AND BECAUSE OF TRAVEL ISSUES I WASNT ABLE TO GET TO THE HOTEL SITE TILL WAY LATER IN THE AFTERNOON BUT WHEN I ARRIVED THE HOTEL STSTED SINCE I HADNT CHECKED IN BY 7AM THAT MORNING THAT THEY HAD WENT AHEAD AND CANCELED THE RESERVATION BREK REFUSED TO ESTABLISH MY RESERVATION CLAIMED THE HOTEL WAS TO REFUND ME OR RESTABLISH THE RESERVATION WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS THAT BREK IS THE MIDDLE MAN THEY CREATE THE RESERVATION THEY PROCESS THE PAYMENT THE DO THE COMMUNICATING OF ISSUES WITH THE HOTEL AND ALSO BREK DOESNT PAY THE HOTEL WHATEVER IS DIFFERENCE IN RESERVATION COST UNTIL IM CHECKED IN. ITS HOW BREK GETS PAID ADVERTISING THE HOTELS AND DOING ALL THE LOGISTICALS OF THE WHOLE THING. WHEN THE HOTEL STATED THEY CANCELED MY RESE RESERVATION SO THEY DONT CHARGE BREK /MYSELF IT COMPLETELY CANCELS OUT THE WHOLE TRANSACTION ON THEIR END BREK INSISTED THAT IT WAS THE HOTELS RESPONSIBILITY TO EITHER REIMBURSE ME OR HONOR MY RESERVATION WHICH WAS FOR 3 DAYS THAT COST ME 268 PLUS THE HOTEL MADE IT CLEAR BREK TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING THEY ONLY CHECK U IN AND CHARGE BREK FOR THE BUISNESS PRETTY MUCH THAT BREK DOESNT EVEN PROVIDE THEM ANY GUEST INFO AT ALL TO EVN BE ABLE TO CONTACT THE GUEST AND CONFIRM THEIR STAY IF A GUEST IS RUNNING LATE OR IF THEY NEED TO MAKE CHANGES NOT EVN FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT BREK ABOUT A GUEST IN PATICULAR WHEN A RESERVATION IS MADE THEY ONLY RECIEVE A CODE AND ALERT A GUEST MADE A RESERVATION FOR WHATEVER DAY... BREK REFUSED TO REFUND ME REFUSED TO REESTABLISH MY RESERVATION I WAS OUT 268 PLUS NO HOTEL ROOM FOR THREE DAYS THE HOTEL WAS NICE ENUFF NOT CHARGE ME A DEPOSIT CAUSE ALL I COULD AFFORD WAS A ONE NIGHT STAY BUT DIDNT HAVE ENUFF TO COVER THE DEPOSIT SO BECAUSE OF BREKS REFUSAL TO FIX ANYTHING IT WAS EITHER THAT OR BE STUCK AWAY FROM HOME FOR THREE DAYS HOMELESS ALL THEY WOULD SAY IS SORRY I UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION AND AM AWFULLY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! THEIR POLICY NO WHERE STATES ADVISING GUESTS THAT RESERVATIONS MADE CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT WILL THEN MAKE YOUR RESERVATION PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS NOT EVN UPHELP FOR 24HRS DOESNT STATE YOU NEED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE HOTEL BECAUSE THEY DONT PASS ON RESERVATION INFORMATION TO THE HOTEL TO BE ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT IF THEY NEED TO FOR ANY REASON SO THE GUEST NEEDS TO CALL THE HOTEL AND RELAY IT THEMARLVES AFTER CONFIRMATION OF A RESERVATION AND YET THEY STILL REFUSE TO HONOR REESTABLING A NEW RESERVATION NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER DISCOUNT OR RESERVATION CREDIT OR ANYTHING JUST BASICALLY OH WELL SUX FOR ME SO IM REPORTING THEM ANYWHERE AND HOWEVER I CAN THEIR SITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN UNTIL THEY HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER POLICIES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PEOPLE AT DOING BUISNESS LIKE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY THEY JUST TAKE AND THEN JUST SAY SORRY IS BS!! I WAS GOING TO LEFT OUT ON THE LITERAL STREET BECAUSE OF THEM WITH MY LUGGAGE AND EVERYTHING SCARY AND EXTREMELY DISHARTENING IT WAS CRAZY EVEN PRICELINE HOTEL.COM I'VE NEVER HAD A ISSUE THAT LED ME INTO BEING WITH SHELTER FOR THE NIGHT AFTER I ALREADY PAID THEY ALWAYS FIGURE WHATEVER IT IS OUT EVEN IF IT'S HAVING TO CHANGE HOTELS AND THEY TAKE CARE OF THE RESERVATION AND EVERYTHING SO I JUST HAVE TO SHOW UP!!! BREK IS A LOW BUDGET MAKE MONEY OFF SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT THEIR MONEY BECAUSE OF LACK OF RELAYING IMPORTANT DETAILS OF TGE BUISNESS TRANSACTION THEY ARE HANDLING FOR YOU!!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I made a reservation at a Red Roof Inn Hotel and was almost immediately texted that the property rejected the booking claiming that no more rooms at that rate were available. The Red Roof Inn has no knowledge of this and the location in question had a practically empty parking lot indicating vacancy. When I attempted to seek resolution with their customer service line, I was treated with rudeness and disdain. The representative tried to make this about policy and procedure and implied that Brek was not in any way responsible for the failure to book. Meanwhile, I am still waiting on my refund. Do NOT use this service as it has proven unreliable at best and potentially criminal at worst.

I made a reservation at a hotel I thought was a different hotel and immediately realized the mistake the hotel said it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel as long as brek would push it through , brek told me the hotel refused my claim as I was sitting in the lobby this is the text they sent me and have not responded to anything further

“Hi Thomas, since they declined the refund request, kindly obtain a written approval from the hotel and send it over to our email help @ brek.com so we can reopen the case for you. In the meantime, we cannot proceed further unless a written approval was received from your end. We since apologize for the inconvenience and please let us know once you obtained the document.“ I am forced to stay at this hotel now first and last time dealing with this trash company

thought i was on priceline then i get a…

thought i was on priceline then i get a reciept from Brek i then wanted to cnl and called the agent lied and told me i made the reservation on priceline and could,nt cancel the site clearly said 24 hours notice my complain is the agent went though multiple lies just to keep me from canceling.

Very pleased, excellent service!

I didn't have one problem going through Brek.com. They did everything really well. When I checked in to the hotel that was reserved for me by brek it all went very smoothly! The hotel was really nice, along with the room. No issue's what so ever. I would definitely recommend Brek.com for your travels!!!!!

This company is a joke

This company is a joke! Total scam! I booked for today and they somehow switched my reservation to Tuesday. When I called they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to change the date of the reservation even though they screwed it up! Then they said they could cancel it but I wasn’t guaranteed a refund and if the refund was approved it would take 5 days to get my money back. Funny how they can take your money out instantly but can’t put it back! Worst company and customer service ever! Do not use them!

Brek.com outsources work to international amateur trash. Customer service does not live here.

Customer service agent “Jeff” whom I stated more than once that I did NOT want to talk to anymore admittably LIED to me as he informed me that I was never speaking to a Supervisor named “Sam” because it was him, “Jeff,” impersonating “Sam” the Supervisor, the entire conversation thereafter. When I threatened to contact the authorities to report that the company’s employees willingly commit fraud, “Jeff” abruptly ended our text conversation without providing any explanation. Brek outsources its work to international amateur trash who’re of course all too willing to commit fraud and launder money for their pennies yet are too dumb to lie about it. Why do they get dressed up in their best business attire just to take 1 headshot to use for their profile pictures?! 😂😂 Brek is diabolical 😂😂

If I can rate with no stars , I would... Scam,, i repeat SCAM!!! Do not use this website or company for any hotel room bookings... They never follow through on actually booking a room and you're stuck trying to find customer service to refund your money.

They sent me to the worst hotel on the…

They sent me to the worst hotel on the planet. Full of crack heads, roaches and a promise of breakfast with the front door to the office being locked and no way to get any breakfast. The location steals your deposit and claims you damaged the room when you never even checked in. You call brek for help since it was their system you used to get the room and they say "no refunds". Don't ever use them. You have been warned. It's way worse than I'm explaining. I just don't have the energy to keep going. Just stay as far away from brek as possible.

Refund promise still waiting

The reservation was done through Unfortunately, one of my family members got sick before checking in to the hotel and needed to go to the emergency room and was not able to stay at the hotel as they planned. On 07/29/2025 around 5pm I emailed a doctor's note to the hotel they were staying at so the reservation manager knew what was going on. The next day, on 07/30/2025, I emailed Brek the doctor's note first thing in the morning, stating that the customer was not able to stay at the hotel because of medical reasons. Since 07/29/2025, I talked to five different travel representatives, and all of them sounded like computers. They said they would help us and get a refund within 24-48 hours with the doctor's note they received. Everything was so far so good, but from 08/04/2025 to 08/08/25, because we did not receive the refund as they promised, I decided to follow up and call and noticed they were avoiding or not returning my calls, just sending me text messages that they were working on it. On 08/06/2025 I sent them a message and am still waiting for a follow-up phone call as they promised, and they are giving me the runaround that they were waiting for a cancellation letter from the hotel, that the hotel already waived the night, but because it was booked through a third party, I needed to go to Brek, and that's exactly what I did. I'm very disappointed with their professionalism in leaving a customer in limbo and promising something that they did not do. A cancellation letter will not take ten days, especially when you know the travel industry and already talked to the hotel directly, and the hotel was willing to waive and process the refund.

Scammed by brek /

Booked a room through break, tbrek withdrew my money then said sorry6 the hotel won't accept this reservation. But break won't refund my money although no reservation was made. DO NOT USE THIS SITE !! THEY ARE A CON AND ASCAM!!

Horrible Experience

I wish there was a zero star option. I booked my stay at the Hilton on Brek.com
I called them to reschedule because of personal reasons. I called them to confirm 3 hours before arrival as I was instructed, to find out They never changed my reservation. You can not Imagine my panic. This company is unreliable and rude. They made NO attempt to find me a different hotel. They caused me so much stress and anxiety as anyone can imagine, arriving at your vacation destination with no place to sleep.
