BEYER BEWARE!!!!!!

BEYER BEWARE!!!!!!
Customer service is not willing to help make THIER mistake right. They will repeatedly tell you that they are not willing to help. Will blame the customer and tell you to learn how to book a reservation. Very unprofessional and Rude and disrespectful. Will call you a lier over the phone.

I booked a king room with sofa paid…

I booked a king room with sofa paid full price. The hotel did not have a king available but Brek in turn booked a queen that was cheaper. I was not informed nor charged for a queen room. Paid for a king. They refused to refund me the difference of the room they booked. I would never use this company again.

Bed Bug Experience Not Refunded

We rented a hotel room at Best Western, Latta, NC through Brek. They had bed bugs and my daughter had bites all over her body. We ask for money back. Best Western would not return my calls and Brek would not reimburse me either despite viewing the pictures I emailed them. I would always avoid booking through BREK in the future.

Paid through brek and got to hotel to…

Paid through brek and got to hotel to check in and they said the virtual card was declined. Everyone needs to start reporting issues to the attorney General of their state as well as consumer protection. When enough people report they will then file lawsuit.

Crooks... Do not use Brek

Booked a room via Brek only to find out that when I got to the hotel room I booked they did not honor the reservation. Told me I could be l contact Brek for a refund and book the same room at a higher rate. All while waiting days for a refund.

Brek did not forward my funds to the hotel I paid for.

Booked a hotel through Brek.com. When I arrived at the hotel they told me the payment had not come through from Brek and that the account info they had to charge was expired. They said to call them to get them to transfer funds but no one answered despite calling 5 times. I ended up paying for the room again through Expedia but was unable to get my money back from Brek.

10/10 would book again!

I booked a night this morning to extend my current stay and the hotel was able to confirm my reservation before brek.com could provide a confirmation number from the hotel. Absolutely no issues with this booking and I would 100% recommend this site to anyone. 10/10 would book again!!

DO NOT USE BREK.COM!!

DO NOT USE BREK.COM!!! They are very shady, and will straight up swindle you out of some cash if you let them. They should not be promoted on any platform in any way! 100% anything goes wrong with the booking they ain't coming off of a dime. They may even do you like me and fail to provide you any service, BUT STILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! October this year I was trying to just save $20 bucks, so I booked a room through them at a motel. I was sitting right in front of the motel I was booking a room for. After I confirm and pay for the city that I am in...for the motel that I am sitting in front of I go inside to tell them I have a reservation. The woman can't find my reservation in her system. Well I start having to try and figure out how to contact them to see what the heck, and for some reason they, or the site, had misbooked me for a motel room in a city that was two and a half hours away! Of course I went back through my search history immediately to make sure I didn't actually make that big of a mistake. To my relief I hadn't. Pulled up the very last window I had open at a brek.com, and it pulls up a confirmation and payment page for a room right there at that motel I was at. For the city I was in. Finally found a number, this is the only business I know that fully communicates through texting. While I was texting the lady, I started sending them(brek) the screenshots of what I thought would surely get me my money back. A confirmation and payment for where my room should have been. They put it all on the motel in the city that they misbooked me in. The motel that I never made a reservation for wouldn't refund brek.com their money because I didn't call and cancel. Which why would I call and cancel a reservation I never made!?! So then when I told them they're the ones who messed up not the motel they need to refund me my money. Well of course they stopped responding. Disputed it with my credit card company. They're trying to tell them no error occurred... but it did. The transaction is still being investigated by my credit card company. Save yourself the grief of booking through 3rd party and just pay at the motel! But definitely whatever you do DON'T USE BREK!!!

Advertisement says brek will help you…

Advertisement says brek will help you resolve issues with hotels so I booked through brek.com but when I needed help with rude staff at hotel, the shady business practice of hotel employee not accepting service dog unless I paid him $25 and he also wouldn't charge pet deposit then he asked for $60 cash that I also paid for 2nd room. I tried asking brek if all that was legit legal and all I g of t was text message then human tells me there's nothing she could do..choice hotels and brek.com were terrible choice ..good luck

Don't trust their pricing!

Lied about pricing just like all the other reviews state!
Room stated it was $96 with fees included and as soon as you click on the room for checkout it jumped to $128. If you click back the original price is there again. Shady tactics!

Never book with Brek

Don't use Brek. They bait you with the lower rate, but the service is terrible, and their customer service line and emails are virtually nonexistent.

I booked a room for 2 nights at the Hilton Garden through Brek in late October. On one of those nights, due to spotty wifi, I requested a refund. The rep from the Hilton Garden mentioned that the paid fund is held at Brek and that they need to provide approval for Brek to issue the refund.

I emailed Brek right away. No response even to this day, which is three weeks away. After multiple call attempts that morning, I finally spoke to their agent, who mentioned that they spoke to the manager at Hilton Garden for approval and will proceed with the refund.

Great, I thought. Fast forward to three weeks, I have yet to receive the refund. Not only that, but I've also emailed and called them multiple times. No answer whatsoever.

Don't use this terrible service. Go through a legit booking site like Expedia or Travelocity. But, never Brek.
