Game changer

This product is a game changer
I was on Ozempic for 2 years with very poor results after switching to Brello Tirzepatide I have lost 11lbs of fat in 2 weeks and am no longer have an issue with being hungry all the time. My blood glucose numbers have been under 100 regularly Awesome results so far.

If I can’t find the answers in the app…

If I can’t find the answers in the app someone always is there to answer my questions. You need to be patient because sometimes it takes a while but they do answer all your questions and they are all so friendly.

What was very easy to get was pleased…

What was very easy to get was pleased with that pleased with the price. But at the end of my 2nd month at a higher dose and haven't lost. But maybe a pound i've been eating less doing more and still not losing.I've got one more month at a higher dose.Hopefully this works

No one returns calls

They cancelled my order for med but still haven’t refunded my $499.00 when you talk to someone on the phone they are no help. They say they’ll have someone call me but no one ever calls. Now I’m going through my credit card company disputing the charge

The Real Deal

The consultation was thorough, shipping fast and cold, medicine worked wonders, never sick or drained from dosage, payments automatic, given everything I needed for results and gave us a heads up about an upcoming change in time to make changes.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I had problems at the injection site. I was told that it was because my prescription had expired. I reordered based upon that knowledge. Had the same exact problem with the new prescription. They cancelled me, and I'm stuck with a 3 month prescription that does the same thing. Terrible customer service.

I’ve tried multiple online companies…

I’ve tried multiple online companies for compound trizepitide and Brello has BY FAR given me the best results with the best price. I tell everyone who will listen that Brello is who they should use. Brello left my state for a few months and I was stalled that whole time with another company, started back a few weeks ago and finally seeing results again. It’s honestly hard to believe! Super happy with them!

Charging extra when it was their error

Once I filled all the information to restart my medication again they initial restarted me on my initial dose when I was already on the max dose. It was documented everything correctly and when I sent a message so they can fix their error, they said they were going to do it but needed to contact customer service. Once I contacted customer service about the issue, they stated that it was fixed but needed to pay extra $50 because of the change. Why do I have to pay when it was their fault? Their excuse was that I did not upload evidence of the dosage when there was no place to put it. They made me fill the info again and NO PLACE TO PUT THE EVIDENCE AND THEN APPROVED MY CURRENT DOSE. And If it was a concern, the provider could have contact me to see if the dose is correct. Never again ordering from this company honestly.

Yes to Brello.

My Pharmacy CVS Caremark would not pay for tirzepatide or any kind of weight lost medication no matter how my Physician wrote it up. I was nearly 260 pounds! But then I joined Brello and l am extremely glad l did. They are affordable. The physicians are accommodating. I have not had any bad side effects from the medication they prescribed. I received my meds in a timely manner. I recommend Brello to anyone if their insurance will not pay for their medication. And by the way, I am 185 pounds thanks to Brello.
