I was referred to Warley hill physiotherapy through work and was allocated Hemla as my therapist. I have gone to many of different therapist over the ongoing back pains I have suffered for years and can safely say Hemla is one of the best. She took the time to take a detailed history and created a personal plan of attack to fix my back with good results. Her hands are magic. After suffering for years, this is the best my back has been in a long time, would really recommend! 5 star service.

The physiotherapists at Warley hill are very professional and provide a premium service. I had a stroke which left me with limited mobility on the left half of my body. When I commenced my treatment at Warley Hill with Hemla, my arm was completely non responsive and my walking was very unsteady.
In my opinion, the services I have received have been professionally delivered in a high quality and timely manner. At the onset of my treatment, I had a preliminary discussion with the physio therapist, to discuss target goals and set the expectations. The physiotherapist uses a combination of treatment approaches ranging from exercises, acupuncture to deep tissue massages to help loosen the muscles and joints which has resulted in me regaining my confidence and ability to move with much better gait than when I first visited the practice.

Warley Hill Physiotherapy Clinic is a lovely practice and all the staff I interacted with (Hemla, Jessie, Leena & Leanne) are all friendly and very welcoming. I am very happy and satisfied with the service received there, so the Warley Hill physio practice comes highly recommended.

Leena was great with my daughter who had an Achilles issue. She explained everything to her and gave her an opportunity to ask lots of questions. She really helped with the pain and we saw improvement quickly. Thank you!

Best physio ever , after having failed phsyio sessions at the spire, I decided to give this place a go .
Hemla was what I call a ‘miracle worker’
I went in with hardly any movement on my right side with painful lower back and hip after a bad fall at work , and 3 months off .

She set up a detailed step by step programme which included , acupuncture, massage Theropy and gym exercises.
After 3 months of pain and limited walking I’ve regained my ability to return to work with normal duties and a better knowledge of lower back .
I’ve decided to continue once a month treatment as we all need Maintance of our bodies .
I can’t thank you enough Hemla for your support , guidance and treatment to get me back on my feet. Forever grateful .

My first visit was nearly 8 months ago with a painful & swollen foot.
Katerina was excellent from the outset, reducing the swelling and discussing possible causes.
Later diagnosed by my doctor as arthritis, regular visits & suggested exercises have kept discomfort to a minimum.

Katerina Helped relieve a back pain that was so bad I was having trouble getting out of bed. She assessed the problem and gave me some simple exercises that had me much improved in just a few days.

Hemla is helping me with a very stubborn Plantar fasciitis problem and this is now responding well.

I have received excellent treatment for my back issues. The physiotherapist combines acupuncture with massage which improves my symptoms massively. They are very knowledgeable in their field and extremely efficient; offering a friendly service with excellent advice. Highly recommended.

I had severe back problems after lifting a heavy suitcase on holiday. I visited the clinic, and after my second treatment I noticed a difference. I found them to be very professional and helpful and gave me great confidence that they could help me with this problem. Within 4 sessions I was almost back to full health with little pain. Having done the rounds of many and various physical therapy practices, I was recommended to go to Warley Hill Physio and I am so glad that I did.

I found the initial assessment to be very thorough and professional. Hemla immediately picked up on the issues I had and diagnosed them in a holistic way that was totally understandable to me. No other professional that I have ever seen before has managed to pinpoint the problems, yet with her background in Rheumatology, Hemla was able to relate my various symptoms to the causes and begin to address them. Taking into account my goals, she discussed plans for treatments, expected outcomes and possible timescales. She explains everything she is doing and uses various treatment methods like manual massage, acupuncture, heat treatment, soft tissue mobilization and I come away from each appointment with an agreed plan of exercises for the week, a distinct improvement in my mobility and a decrease in pain levels to the extent that I can now sleep at night.

The whole practice is well equipped, friendly and easily accessible. The other physios each have their own specialties and together they make a great team.

I highly recommend Warley Hill Physio Clinic and Hemla in particular.
