Get Fit For Golf
I coach golf myself and one of the main problems with most golfers is their flexibility.
Jim gives you a flexibility assessment and then gives you a handicap.
As you attend his classes your flexibility handicap will come down.
Providing your technique improves along with the improvement in your flexibility your golf game will improve. No question.
