Excellent

Following a diagnosis of a ruptured disk I’ve been working with David for over a year. My recovery has been excellent and I believe my sessions with David have meant I’ve avoided the need for spinal surgery. Could not recommend more.

A very High qualified profesional

I have been receiving treatment from David for some time now, and I am thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and dedication. He consistently demonstrates a focused approach, tailoring techniques specifically to aid my rehabilitation. His punctuality and respectful manner make each session a positive experience.

Notably, his client-centred approach ensures that I feel heard and valued. Following several treatments, I’ve experienced significant improvements in my condition, directly attributable to his expertise and the methods employed. I highly recommend David to anyone seeking effective and professional sports therapy.

Great even for virtual physio

I have had a lot of physiotherapy over the years, both NHS and private, but unfortunately have never quite got the right treatment and routine for my changing health needs. I was looking for a new physiotherapist to try again when David was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I opted for virtual physio as it was the most convenient option for me at the time, and was so impressed by how well David was able to advise and support me even through virtual consultation. I received a helpful exercise plan which we have since refined and have been very happy with David’s treatment, and have referred other relatives to him also.

Superb Physio experienced

The customer service is excellent. David took time to understand my problem(s) and to listen to my issues following a back/hip injury. I have always felt that my treatment was beneficial and any advice that I was given was appropriate and has helped me in the interim and longer term. I have and will continue to recommend him.

David is an awesome physiotherapist

I have back pain from a slipped disc and neck pain. At one point, the back pain got really bad - I was on crutches for a few days. I went to a clinic where I was treated by David for several months.

David Bravo is the best physiotherapist I have come across. My pain reduced a lot in just a couple of months, and I was able to get to a point where I could go to the gym and push myself - albeit sticking to exercises that were safe for me to do! I continued to have weekly sessions with David and over many months progressed well. When I requested, he took videos of me doing the physio so that I could continue to do them at home when my insurance cover ended.

One thing I really appreciate is that he never forces anything that I don’t feel comfortable with or causes pain. If there is any pain when doing some exercise, then he uses that information to decide which area to strengthen to hopefully try and reduce that pain. He does some of the routines with you as well - which is quite nice. 😅

He also provides really good massages 💆‍♂️typically towards the end of the session. I always feel so much better immediately after the session and for that entire day. David is also very nice, friendly and positive and this in itself has a soothing effect.

Good punctuality too - starting and ending sessions on time.

Overall, a 10/10 physiotherapist that I would happily recommend. Thanks David for restoring some normalcy to my life. I will be eternally grateful! 🙏
