Expensive with shipping and price just increased. Reluctant to reorder and exploring other options.

Ordered the Christmas advent coffee calendar for the first time.
Saw it online, enjoyed the experience, will buy from you again hopefully.

All is very cute and beautiful. And interesting teas.
Quite convenient system of brewing, but while I tried around 10 times, half them I spilled some tea/coffee, I don’t know how 😁😬
Also , even it says it is eco, recycled and could be reused - it is still too much unnecessary packs and I won’t be able to reuse so many packs. And it is not easy to rinse, all stuck inside or rinse out to the rack that is annoying to remove.
So for me it seems not really eco friendly and I think I would not order again.

I ordered the 25 pack giftbox! Just love the unique idea of a brew on the go! You don’t have to wait - saves a lot of time especially when you’re busy.

Delivery was immediate and fast. We were looking forward to start the barista advent calendar. Unfortunately on opening the package we found one of the day packs was damaged and coffee grinds spilled out of the box. I contacted the company on the website chat with the issue but I received no response.

One request - with future orders is it possible to have delivery to my home address rather than a pick up point?

The quality of the coffee is good, both aroma and texture. Honduras is my favourite. I love the coffeebrewers. They are easy to use and facilitate me to have good coffee whereever I go.

Ordered advent calendar - didn't deliver but sent it to a local ups locker. I didn't receive a qr/collection code until the day AFTER the cut off for collection and the advent calendar was sent back. Complained, was told I'd receive a refund and replacement, but here we are 7 days later - 11 days into advent - and no response, refund or replacement. Shocking, will never use again.
