My call was answered very rapidly (unusual these days for a Customer Service line !) by Charlotte. My query was understood straight away and Charlotte was very knowledgeable on how to resolve the problem. Charlotte stuck with me and walked me through the actions I needed to do step by step until we were successful. Very polite, respectful, used my first name which I much prefer and efficiently fixed my problem. Good also to feel that it mattered to Charlotte and she was prepared to go at my pace.
