I had a very good phone conversation with Hikmat and not a good one with Jodi.
I had a very good phone conversation with Hikmat. He was very helpful,, and friendly and gave me all the information I needed and more . He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. He was very friendly and good to chat with.
Prior to speaking with Hikmat I had a conversation with Jodi. I didn’t have all the information she wanted. She was not helpful, not sympathetic, and not pleasant to talk to. I was upset when I put the phone down.
