Top beer subscription club

Have been with Brewser for some time now and I find it to be the best beer subscription service around. I really like their model whereby you buy a range of beers from one specific brewery at a time, rather than single cans from multiple breweries (where I find you tend to get lots of "filler").
They've produced some really innovative special boxes - like the recent blind tasting Project X box - and they regularly include some great collabs between breweries.
I've interacted with customer services a few times and their response is always quick, polite and very helpful - so a special shout out to Ash for that!
Would definitely recommend to any beer enthusiast 🙂

Loving Brewser

Really impressed with Brewser. I've been ordering cases from them for over 12 months now. Love the beers and the selection available, and their customer service has always been exemplary. Fantastic company to deal with

Fantastic company to deal with. Customer Service is always quick and efficient. And the beers are (mostly) outstanding. I can't see myself cancelling the subscription any time soon. Decent beers at the end of every month, what more could a man want...

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service
My packages were (unsurprisingly) lost by Evri, but Ash was super helpful and had replacements sent out immediately. Really good communication throughout. And excellent beers at the end.

Good Response

Having had last months Surprise Box sent back to the brewery , damaged, by Evri and not receiving a replacement I tried to contact Brewser. I had no luck because the Help button on their Website was not working. Eventually, Brewser got it fixed and I spoke with Ash. Within half an hour he had arranged for me to get two Surprise Boxes this month. Thank you, Ash

Never got my order

Ordered a box of beers on the 9th of December not turned up as of yet emailed the company no response at all
All I want is a refund as I'm clearly not getting my parcel as it was a Christmas box I will not be using this company again.

Brewser staff

The staff at brewser are particularly helpful . Ash creative and customer executive went out of his way to help me twice by ringing me up to help me with ordering issues (mainly me) and to order extra beers would highly recommend this service been with them for two years plus now 😀

Some excellent breweries on offer

Some excellent breweries on offer from Brewser. Including exclusive collaborations with breweries. The discovery box are great value for money starting at £29.
If any problems arise,which are rare and never in my opinion the fault of Brewser, they are always resolved quickly and satisfactory.

Issue resolved quickly

There was an issue with a gift voucher received as a present which the robot couldn't resolve but Ash from customer service sorted this out at the earliest possible opportunity at a busy time (Christmas). The beer selection is good with a number of different packs to choose from.

Great company with great service

Really pleased about finding this company, they give you the opportunity to buy and get to taste some amazing craft beers from some of the best breweries. You can amend your order very easily to suit your requirements. Recently I had a delivery issue, it was later than expected and when queried it they were so very rapid with their feedback with an update and a good reason for the delay. Would definitely recommend this company

All good.

I'm 2 months in with this lot and, so far, all seems good.

You'll want to try Brewser if you like craft beer and want a monthly box of excellent beer from some of the best-known craft brewers in the UK that'll end up being marginally cheaper than if you bought it from the brewery directly. Quite how they manage this is anyone's guess but I've had a DEYA box and the Attic box and both were as advertised and really good value. The DEYA one in particular was quite a bit cheaper.

While I've no real gripes, this is a small company right now so communication is a bit of a mixed bag (no phone number and a really dumb AI chatbot) and delivery times seem haphazard but, right now, this is offset by the beer. If it keeps delivering, I'll keep buying. Being super picky, I'd like to see more breweries but that's a really small moan.

Ordered a box of beer and got the delivery info from Evri... Waited and wait, never arrived, enough said about them the better. Awful service from Evri.

I contacted chatted through with Ash from Brewser, they organised a replacement. Excellent service

Free delivery but it is the following week dispatch

Thought I would give them ago as they had some Deya beers I like, ordered on Monday and it said postage would be free on their "Free Wednesday" deal, brilliant. Have just checked and it is now saying it will be next Wednesday for dispatch, looking on the website in more detail I have found that it is dispatched the following week, which to me should be made more clearer,I would have rather paid for delivery and had it for the weekend. I've cancelled my order and was told that it was a "good will gesture" as they don't normally allow cancellations when delivery time is the reason for cancellation, which I think is unreasonable as most people must surely be ordering for the weekend ahead.

Unfortunately the only option.

The only reason I use Brewser is to get beers from a specific brewery. Twice now they've sent me a 'surprise' box of beers I don't want. After the first box I made sure to schedule my preferred brewery for the next year.
Apparently at some point they completely changed their system and decided to put me back onto a 'surprise box' subscription despite my dozen scheduled orders.
I'm now out nearly £80 and have another box of beers I don't particularly want.
If I had another option for the beers I like I'd not use this service again, unfortunately I'm stuck with them.

We did send an email to all customers with instructions and a video on how to log into your account and update your default Showcase Surprise box. As we now have an exciting line up of new breweries each month, we encourage users to log into to their account and swap their Surprise box to one of these breweries. If you do not select one of these breweries, or skip a month your box will default to Showcase Surprise. We appreciate your support.

Great beer, helpful team

Good beer and choice. Easy to select snd manage subscription. It can be difficult to get in touch with customer service, but they are very helpful once they are in touch.

Hey Helen, Our chatbot is in place to help the best it can with general enquires. Any issues such as damage to beers needs to be dealt with by one of the team as the chatbot is not able to assess the damage. Once a member of the team picks up the request they will be in touch personally to ask you to submit photos of the damage so they can assess it. I can see that this is the case and one of the team has been in touch to get this resolved for you.
