Like many others I bought the kneeler with side pockets but only received the pockets. This was after an advertisement on FB .... shocked that FB dont investigate companies that use their site.
I have emailed but no response! Disgusting company!!!

I am yet another scammed customer, I purchased a garden kneeler on 12 June paid by credit card. I received a tool pocket on 11th July and was expecting kneeler within last few days...emailed company today to request a chase up only to find company doesn’t exist and email bounced back. So very annoyed that I have fell for this as I always read reviews before purchasing hopefully my credit card company can reimburse the £29.99. DO NOT BUY FROM BRICO UK

Never buy anything from these people. They will take your money and not send what you paid for.

I was supposed to be buying preseeded grass mats and they were not cheap...the website looked good and the product looked great - what arrived were clear bags with folded pieces of dark green felt in - not even sure there is any seed in them.

I asked to be able to return to be told that I couldn't...is this not against the distance selling regs? I thought I was buying from the UK as the website bricodepo-uk.com - turns out not I have received these substandard items directly from China and the website has now disappeared :-(

I have learned my lesson in an expensive way and will never buy anything from an advert seen on Facebook again :-(

Does not deserve a star. I also orderd a Garden Kneeler and have only received the bag. but I have paid in full. This was advertised on FACEBOOK and I am very disappointed in them that they do not look into it as there seems to be so many of us. I will not be ordering anything that is advertised on FACEBOOK again.

I ordered a garden kneeler and only received the double bag. When emailed received no response.

Also ordered biogradable grass seed mat. Received 2 pieces of green felt with no label on packages or directions. Total pieces of crap.

I too had ordered a garden kneeler with tool bag , the bag has been delivered on 7/7/20 so far the kneeler has not turned up. Not got any satisfaction with tracking my order , no satisfaction from the company ( e-mails un answered) will not recommend this company , terrible service

Zero rating ordered this kneeler, only received he side bag, no reply to e mails & reading all the reviews I think I too have been conned out of my money

Like others I ordered two kneelers and to date have only been sent the tool rolls...an awful awful company steer clear. What can they be like in the middle of an awful Pandemic to take peoples money...with little chance of receiving anything in return only emails full of lies...they should be ashamed...dam them...

Garden seat ordered on 15th June at £29.99, has not arrived. I tracked the parcel and they said it had been delivered and signed for, not true! I have contacted the company but judging by other comments it doesn't look good.
Further update. I realised that the tool bag which arrived with no paperwork on 8th July must have come from Brico but like others no kneeler. Their Team Support replied to my email and said they would speak with the carrier. Not hopeful and will find some way of reporting them.

Like others, this should be a zero star. Bought a grass seed roll and received a piece of felt. Absolutely never buying off Facebook ads again, lesson learned. Can credit card company do anything to reimburse?

ZERO stars for this shoddy company. I ordered a garden kneeler for £29.99 and got the bag to hang on the kneeler, but no kneeler. I’ve tried to contact Brico - no response.
Crap company, crap product. Another bad experience online shopping.

Ordered a garden kneeler for £29.99 and received confirmation email on 12th June, package only arrived end of last week and contained just a tool holder, have emailed and heard nothing, there is no contact number for them. Have just read other reviews for this company and everyone has received just the same as I did, not the complete kneeler. Would like to give them less than 1 star, DO NOT BUY from this company. Will try and obtain refund from credit card company.

zero STARS IS THE REAL REVIEW, BUT CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS! Same as everyone else, one tool bag, no kneeler/seat and no response. This lot are a bunch of shysters who should never be allowed to trade again.

Worse than one star - got the bag after several weeks but no kneeler. Fraudsters.

Avoid at all costs, have experienced the same as all the other reviews.

Whatever you do don’t part with your money regarding this company it is a total scam and you will receive very little for your money. My experience is of that very nature concerning some grass seed rolls and instead receiving only what can be described as 2.5m of fuzzy felt lol. BEWARE IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS.

Same as everyone else. Bag but no kneeler, dont touch them with a bargepole !

FRAUDSTERS. I wish it was possible to give less than one star. I'm yet another victim of this appalling ad, ordered a kneeler and just received the bag. Trying to work out how to report as fraud.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered a roll of biodegradable grass seed mat and what I got was a piece of green felt paper similar to that a child would use for their arts and crafts in nursery. Just so cross I was so stupid! Have called the bank to let them know. What a nice world we live in where people are happy to take advantage of innocent people during such a terrible time.
