I had such a great experience with Bridal Melody. Lisa took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. They acknowledged my dress inspirations and made my vision come true and EVEN BETTER. Communication was amazing and I usually get a response within 24 - 48 hours. I was also updated every step of the way about my dress. They even made extra 3D flowers for my dress without any extra costs. My dress arrived quickly and well packaged. My dress was so well made and functional! They put snap-ins in the back so that the back piece doesn't flap around and even added a wrist loop for the train! I didn't have to ask. I can tell they really put a lot of thought into my wedding dress and I really appreciate it.

My experience with Bridal Melody was absolutely amazing! Every question and query was answered within 24-48hrs. They listened to every request I had and their attention to detail is beyond words! The dress I wanted would of cost me $10,000 AUD, but with Bridal Melody I got the exact same dress, in the exact same material with a few extra touches of my own for a quarter of the price.

Their professionalism, their communication, their advice, their kindness and the optimal quality of their work deserve all the praise. In March 2022, I reached out to Lisa and Amy showing them the picture of my dream dress! They answered me quickly and offered me a phone call. The first time, I spent almost 2 hours talking with Amy and explaining everything to her! With his valuable advice. She showed me the full extent of her knowledge and professionalism. She quickly understood what I wanted, communication was easy. After several exchanges, I was ready to buy my dress. I placed an order by sending a bank transfer and they started working on my dress. This one took 6 months to make! During these 6 months, I received many photos and information to reassure me. I was anxious but they really showed me that they were trustworthy. At the beginning of September, I finally received my dress!! (The delivery time took a week to France). This one was absolutely perfect! More beautiful than in my dreams. The seams are very well executed, clean, you can't even see them! It is a work of very high quality, which we only see in the great creators. My dress is well worth its price. I don't regret at all. On the other hand, do not hesitate to ask for smaller measurements, because they tend to make larger for precaution and safety. They always recommend having a seamstress next to you to do the alterations, and I recommend that too because my dress is a bit too big. If you do not plan to go through a seamstress afterwards, take smaller measurements but be sure to communicate well with Bridal Mélody! They will not be responsible if the dress does not fit you. I am more than satisfied and I would recommend Bridal Melody to all my friends and future brides. Thank you for your work ♥️♥️♥️ you are the best!!

The Bridal Melody team are AMAZING to work with! From the very beginning the communication was great, including things they may not be able to achieve. They were honest and straightforward! My dress is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! The quality is amazing and their pricing unbeatable. I would recommend them to everyone! I don’t know where to start. Customer service is amazing. Amy really worked with me to bring my individual vision to life. Communication is transparent, delivery is on time just like they say, and pictures throughout the process are shared. It is from beginning to the end simply an amazing process and client experience. Most importantly however is the result. I was speechless when I saw my dress. It is really high quality,
perfectly made and fitted. I guess the only thing that scared me before seeing the dress was the packaging. I was a lil nervous when I saw and opened it, because it was all so small and packed quite tightly, I couldn’t imagine an entire dress fitting in there, BUT then I was blown away. And I don’t care about packaging after all, I understand that it’s done tightly and small to reduce shipping costs for the brides :)
I would always go back to bridalmelody and would always recommend it to friends and family and simply everyone. As soon as I get married and my wedding dress is ok to be shared at their social channels, I am happy to share real pictures. But for now, I cannot risk my fiance to accidentally see my dress :)

My experience with bridal melody was excellent! I remember being a bit nervous because covid19 was very much still very real for us in the UK at the time! But I took the plunge and went ahead and got in touch with the company. Customer service was excellent and Amy my Consultant did very well in getting my vision for both my dresses spot on. I know sometimes it's hard to read a review and believe it but trust the good ones we are real people with a very real experience. From the moment I contacted Bridal Melody they were so professional and knowledgeable! Amy designed my dream dress and I had the most amazing experience! We had a telephone call to brainstorm ideas and she sent me so many reference photos to make sure she understood my vision, and helped offer advice when I was confused too. Following my payment, Amy sent me so many regular updates about my dress, asking my opinion on small details of my dress. The service was second to none, and I felt so reassured receiving the contact and update pictures. When I decided to make changes to my dress, Amy was so patient! I wanted to add a belt to my dress once it had been made, which the team at Bridal Melody did. After being sent pictures, I realised I wanted it a different colour, so they made another and sent both. Amy sent my extra buttons for my dress also. When my dress arrived it was so beautiful! I cannot wait to wear it in 2023, and I love that I had the experience of designing it. I considered purchasing a second dress for the day because I wanted to do the experience all over again! I would recommend Bridal Melody 1000%!

I just want to take the time to say a huge thank you for bringing my vision to life! The dress is absolutely incredible. The detailing of the dress is by far my favourite part. I just can’t stop looking at it and honestly wow I wish I never doubted you guys at the beginning because this dress is outstanding. Ok. Where do I start. Ladies, if you’re looking for a custom made dress, GO TO BRIDAL MELODY! If you’re looking for amazing customer service, GO TO BRIDAL MELODY! If you’re looking for an AFFORDABLE dress, GO TO BRIDAL MELODY! Lisa is super sweet and so helpful, it’s very rare you find great service nowadays especially bridal dress shopping. Even though this isn’t a store and it’s an online shop, the service is just as amazing! Yes, it’s not in person & there will be a lot of back and fourth emails, but it’s totally worth it. You will get all the information you need!! Now, unfortunately I didn’t get to purchase a dress from Bridal Melody, but I did find a dress, that I love, in a shop. Mind you, my wedding is in 2 months and I’m super picky and indecisive. ( I’ve never tried on wedding dresses before so I went to a few stores to see what style would suit me and what I actually like ( as you always should ) before I purchased from Bridal Melody ) Had I not found my dress I would’ve ordered with Lisa 100%. If you find the dress of your dreams in a store and it’s too expensive, go to Bridal Melody and they can make it for you at a very affordable price! my dress would’ve cost under $1500 and it would’ve been exactly what I wanted. Even though I didn’t purchase a dress from Bridal Melody, I wanted to share my feedback with you guys. I normally don’t write reviews, but when I do it’s because I had a great experience. Again, Lisa helped me out a lot and took care of me.
Bonus: I didn’t know about BM until my friend told me about BM. She just got married and both of her dresses were custom made gowns from BM! They are absolutely STUNNING!!! 😍😍😍
These dresses aren’t anything like cheap Amazon or Ali express dresses, they are handcrafted with love and attention to detail, made perfectly for you!

I've been checking a lot of bridal gown pages in instagram since I've been planning my wedding with my partner since the start of the year. I saw BridalMelody appear in my instagram feed and I really loved the sketches and the actual gowns that I saw and so I decided to check their site and got to know the background of this company. And though this company is located in China which is miles away from Germany where I'm currently living, I thought of inquiring about their wedding gown packages. From the moment they replied to my first email, I already felt really taken care of. They answered very promptly and they took time to answer every question that I had about the gown & the process. I finally had my whatsapp meeting with the head designer, Amy and after that call, she already had my full confidence. She really listened to me and advised me on which gown would fit me best. I gave different pegs and she gave her expert opinion on what to go for and vice versa. She explained to me in detail which exact laces and material they would use for the gown that I wanted. I gave a cap on my budget and I was so happy that they made it work. Amy also knew that I needed my gown in less than 6 months and she made sure that she'd stay on top of it. The measurement guide they gave me was really easy to understand. Everything was done virtually/online and I could say that I had no stress/issue with the entire process. Amy gave me updates constantly so I know how my gown is doing. When Amy finally sent me the photos of my gown, I was just so happy. She made my dream gown come true!! The gown is exactly how it was sketched and how I dreamt it to be. I got the gown I think 3 weeks after they shipped it out from China. I received the gown 100% intact and when I tried it on, i was just in tears! It was perfect. The gown fit me like a glove. It was absolutely gorgeous! They even gave me extra laces just in case I need to have it adjusted. The overall experience with Bridal Melody is just wonderful!! Very customer/service centric and they are with you every step of the way!! i can't wait to wear my dream gown on my wedding day!!! I was really apprehensive about ordering a dress through Bridal Melody. Back when I first enquired, there were only 3 reviews but Lisa was extremely reassuring throughout the whole process. We had an email thread with over 100 emails long full of designs back and forth and endless queries. When I received my dress there were a few things I wasn’t happy with but was able to get them altered and therefore perfect in the end. If you have any apprehensions you just have to contact Lisa/Bridal Melody as she/they will be happy to assist and find a solution in any problem. Lisa’s customer service is out of this world. I’m a very picky and critical person and was still happy that I ordered through Bridal Melody. No regrets!

This company is a lifesaver!!! I bought a custom dress from local bridal shop, paid $4600 but the result was terrible. Luckily the seller refund me 90% without too much drama. I start searching online and compared BridalMelody with some other companies, I'm so glad I chose them. Super professional, very easy to conmunicate with and when they show me these beautiful sketches they drawed for my dress, I almost cried! And the moment I received and opened my dress, I was shocked, I couldnt believe it belongs to me, I was complately blown away by the amazing quality. It looks like some dresses I have seen in the store for over $6000! I'm extremly happy with everything, and with only $1600, I'm able to get my dream dress made just for me, it's the best deal I made during my wedding planing.

I ordered a custom dress from them and their customer service is amazing. The reason why I am giving three stars is because my dress was rushed and not done correctly. They did a horrible job placing stones on my dress, that they refunded me some money and have me stones so my streamstress here in the US could correct what they messed up. I honestly think they are a shop for brides who are SIMPLE. My dress did not meet my vision. Also, my dress was made bigger then the measurements that I sent in, per what my streamstress said, the dress is hugh on me.

I was planning my Hawai’i wedding and I kept looking online at so many places for the perfect wedding dress. I wasn’t having the best of luck finding what I had in mind. I found bridal melody on Instagram and decided to send them pictures and ideas of what I wanted. Lisa was so helpful and such a charm to work with. She quickly got some sketches together for me and I had her tweak some parts until it was what I wanted. They really go above and beyond and work really closely with you to make your dream dress. They also respond in a timely manner which is awesome ! Pictures and videos were sent to me. I picked the fabric, the lace, the details, material, etc. When my dress came and I tried it on, I was in tears. I thought I would never have my dream dress without spending thousands, but bridal melody made this all possible for me. Sending a huge mahalos to them! They’re truly amazing !

I knew BridalMelody through Instagram a few months ago. Lisa has been very nice and provide me the help that I needed from day one.

The job has been realized very professionally and every step of the fabrication, Lisa informed me to know the evolution of my dress and discuss to tailor the dress as I wish.

I recommend Lisa to everyone who wants to make a wedding dress and wish her all the best for her activity.

They are incredibly collaborative and the prices are extremely competitive. I got my dream dress for only $700 USD and it is completely tailored to my body!

I worked with Lisa throughout the entire process and she has some of the best customer service - always patient but keeps to timelines very well. She'll follow up with you to always ensure your dress is humming along so you never feel like you're forgotten or left in the dark about anything.

My entire experience with Bridal Melody team was amazing from start to finish. It was easiest, smoothest, process from the designing to the communication. Dream wedding dress

After weeks of searching online and multiple visits to bridal boutiques I was ready to give up - not only a lot of staff in bridal shops felt like they can comment on your style and figure but also judge you by what you can afford and what you cannot.

That was until I found Bridal Melody Instagram page and instantly felt in love with their dresses. The process is simple as 1.Email, 2.Tell Lisa what you want, 3 Send in you measurements, 4 Receive your dress.

It was easy, pleasant and made me feel for the first time like the process is about me not about the person who is selling me the dress.

My dress was perfect and 100% portrayed the style and look I had in my mind for my wedding day. Since I cannot recommend Bridal Melody highly enough. Dress of your dreams for affordable price. Thank you Lisa and the Team!

After trawling through, what felt like, hundreds upon hundreds of pictures of wedding dresses online, I pretty much had an idea of what kind of dress I wanted and would suit me; but finding this dress seemed impossible. That is, until I found BridalMelody's Instagram page.
I did my research into BridalMelody, read up on the cost of a custom made dress, read the existing reviews and saw photos of real brides that had their dresses made by them.
I reached out to the BridalMelody team with my ideas of the dress I wanted them to create via email. Not long after, I received a prompt email from Lisa, summarising the details I wanted in my dress. They understood exactly what I wanted.
From thereon, there was constant communication throughout the entire process, from getting choices on the lace design (there was an entire library of lace patterns to look at!), to approving the wonderful sketches, to seeing photos of my dress being created, and to when I would be expecting delivery of it.
All in all, the entire process started end of March and I received my dress beginning of June, and at the fraction of the price of the wedding dresses I had saw online. (Entire process occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic/lockdown.)
I just want to say a huge thank you to Lisa and the rest of the BridalMelody team for making my wedding dress, I could not be any happier with the design and the fit of the dress. I cannot wait to wear it at my wedding next year!
