Deceptive dental office

Office set my appointment for me, changed my appointment date/time twice. They even tried to bill my insurance company for dental work they had not done yet( which my insurance reviewed and denied paying them for) or even discussed with me. Finally called me on the morning of my appointment to reschedule again, saying the dentist wouldn't be there...WTF. Unprofessional this particular dentist office. I was very dissapointed.

Horrible!

Horrible!
They set appointments at 8:00 on a Saturday morning and are not opened yet. It’s 8:30 and people are standing outside waiting on them. They did a great job by calling to remind people of their appointment but are late opening. This is ridiculous and the people out here can’t wait to be rid of them for their dental care. ALL of the employees are LATE as well. It’s as though they didn’t know that they had clients scheduled. They are horrible!!

Brident Dental

Brident Dental: The dental insurance referred me to a Prosthodontist at 6516 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77057. After the first visit I went back to get the estimated treatment cost to replace a ceramic broken crown. I received it from the office manager. The treatment plan includes three ADA codes: 2950 Core build up . 2751 Crown porcelain fused metal and 2980 repair of a crown due to material failure. This last code was more expensive than the others ones. I claimed that the last two codes cannot both be charged. Because either all the crown is replaced or repair only the crown material of the same crown that was broken. The manager stated it is like that and no changes by a prosthodontist order. An $478.00 overcharge. I got two quotes more from two different offices without the code 2980.

Brident is the worst

Brident is the worst! They took my monthly payment and closed the doors to their office in NJ ( Jersey Dental in Burlington) and didn’t complete the work. No warning at all. Had to start treatment over for my son. Took them to small claims court only for them to ignore the summons and my emails! Either they are bankrupt or just dont care.

Never Again

Because of my plan, I can only use dentists in Texas. Everything was close to Dallas at least 4 hours away from me(203 miles). The day before I received a confirmation email asking if I was going ti attend. I replied yes. Drove 4 hours to my appointment only to find the office on S.Cooper was closed for inclement weather. I called the number only for the answering service to say the same thing. I feel someone owes me money. If I canceled at the last minute,I would get penalized. Why shouldn't they for not contacting me and wasting my whole day on the road?

Rude

Rude, unprofessional, bad attitude at front desk. Something off about this place. Very uncomfortable feeling, my son left, who wants to have a business do work on you if they can't even control their front desk.

The worst dental office ever

I spent over 6 grand on dentures and a partial. My front tooth of my dentures fell out twice. They did fix it and it broke again now my partial the wire you use to remove it has broken off. So now I am unable to get my partial out. I would never recommend this place horrible dentures and partial who ever they use to make dentures is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Brident Dental’s lack professionalism

Brident Dental’s lack of professionalism and patient care has been extremely disappointing. My son has been experiencing the same dental issue for several years. Each visit, I am told they will contact our insurance to confirm coverage and refer him to a specialist—yet nothing is ever done.
When the issue worsens and we return, they simply pull out the same form stating that if it’s one of certain conditions, he’ll need medication or a specialist. Today, I finally addressed the issue directly and told them they never contacted me or set him up with a specialist as promised.
Every year there is an excuse for why his treatment is delayed, despite it being covered by his insurance. It feels as though they wait for conditions to worsen so it becomes an out-of-pocket expense instead of being handled through insurance. This is unacceptable, especially when it involves children and teens who should not be left to suffer in pain.
Brident Dental needs a better care system, accountability, and truly professional providers who prioritize patients over convenience or profit.

Appointment without my consent

When during my last visit to Brident, I was left waiting for 50 minutes without any opportunity to be seen, I left. I had made an appointment with an eye towards my very busy work schedule, and cannot accommodate a dental practice that takes everyone ahead of me. I told the people at the front quite clearly, “Never again!” I found myself a small, independent dental practice that doesn’t keep me waiting.

Many months later, I receive a text message from Brident telling me that I have an upcoming appointment with them. The appointment was made without my knowledge or consent. I had to call them and go through one menu after another to speak with someone to cancel the appointment. They have their call center outsourced to the Indian subcontinent, so it can also be difficult to speak with their representatives. Also, you have to go through the rigmarole of, “What happened?” and, “Why won’t you reschedule?”

Do NOT get involved with Brident.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Just received a bill for $538. When I called, I was told they just completed their audit and found I owed them from May 2024 for a balance my insurance didn't pay. Their office person always runs your insurance before they do the service. She told me "I had no out of pocket that day". During the call I ask how did they treat me Nov 2024 and twice this year 2025 and no one has said "you have an unpaid balance ". Nor have I received one invoice stating that. Still trying to figure out what type of accounting that is.

Terrible experience/deny to fix problem

Location : 3411 Sycamore School Rd Fort Worth, Texas 76123
Hello,
I had a filling teeth N8 front teeth 09/10. 2 days after it, I used my tongue to touch the filling and feel the surface not smooth and the glue might not stick well. No experience with dental pain and/or fever or any sign of symptom of infection. Since office hours, I will have to call office on Monday to see if they can polish the filling and/or glue it harder.
Initial, the call center said that I can come back without charge since the fault isn’t on customer and the dental will have to repair the filling again.
Then 3 hours later, I got a call go to voicemail and said that my dentist isn’t available and request a change appt. I call them back and a woman on the phone with a rude voice and said that the office reach me out to ask why I want to come back. She said that the dental deny to see me again if I don’t call my insurance company to ask them to pay emergency visit and filling process again. I can come to the office but I will have to be on the phone to call insurance company into they pay me. I have an option to get approve insurance or pay out of pocket. The dentist won’t accept me or treat me free.
I wanna ask the dentists about their the professionalism and customer care practice . Do yall do business only. I also want to know do dental office are all criminal with steal money from customer and kick customer out without responsibility. Why I have to pay emergency visit once the fault isn’t on me. Glue come off or surface not smooth is a common thing of filling process. Why do I have to call insurance company until someone pick up my calls and agree to pay me? Is it a responsibility of dental office. I want management of Brident Dental office to review my case and discuss that why all treat my case like it and/or why yall allow your staff treat me terrible?

Brident Dental & Orthodontics (681 S

Brident Dental & Orthodontics (681 S. Main St., Ste 300, Keller, TX 76248)

I paid Brident Dental in Keller, TX nearly $4,700 for extractions and dentures. It’s been over nine months, and I still do not have functional dentures.

The process began in October 2024. The first try-in didn’t fit. The second one also didn’t fit. The fifth time, I was told I could go to a same day dentures office, but they reassured me it was part of the “process.” I disagreed—it should not take six tries and nearly a year to complete what should be a fairly straightforward dental procedure.

My last in-office visit was April 30, 2025, and I told them that if they didn’t get it right this time, I’d need a refund. They never called. When I followed up over a month later, they said the dentures were in and scheduled an appointment for June 7—then canceled it, saying the dentist thought they weren’t right.

Another month passed. No call. I called again on July 1—they said they’d check and call me back. They didn’t. So I went in the next day, July 2, and was told “Your dentures went to California by mistake.” Whatever stage of the denture we were in at that point was now also misplaced. No apology. No accountability.

When I said I now needed a refund, the response was, “We’ve already paid the lab, so we can’t give you one.”

This is not how professional healthcare should operate. I’ve been patient, polite, and more than reasonable. This has been an exhausting, time-wasting, and expensive ordeal with no resolution. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Proceed with caution.

Billing Errors

I took my wife here on 3/21/2025 for a routine cleaning of her snap-in dental implants. We were charged $312.00 twice for the service due to a computer glitch or lack of training on the part of the receptionist. I was promised multiple times the overcharge would be refunded. To add insult to injury on 5/5/2025 I received a bill for an additional $312.00! The poor quality of the service we received was sufficient for a very negative review, but then to be overcharged then asking for a third payment for the service is beyond reasonable. I would never recommend doing business with this company.

Turned away at the door

I made an appointment 3 weeks earlier. Gave my insurance information and filled out patient paperwork in advance. When I arrived for my appointment the dingy receptionist took 5 minutes to find me in the computer. I had to show my insurance card and filled out paperwork again. They after all that she ended up telling me that I needed a referral. This Brident Dental in Pasadena, Texas has terrible customer service. Never going back.
