I really enjoying playing on BBO, I particularly love the
Solitaire games and fine them great practice for all
the conventions I should be using on a day to day basis! I particularly like the new Daily Solitaire competition at 10 cents per entry.

The best site for playing Bridge online. It's the standard for a reason.

The platform allows for all types of interaction. Play with your friends, join a club, set up a game with strangers, simply play with a robot. Hone your skills at your pace.

The display of the list of tournaments doesn't work right.

BBO not only improves my knowledge of all aspects of this wonderful game but in so doing helps to keep my mind active, which is becoming increasingly critical as I close in on 84!

It can also be free, which is a consideration when you take the difference in currency into account and this despite what must have grown into a considerable expense to achieve and maintain it's standard of excellence.

There must be thousands of BBO players around the world who have been given more than pleasure; possibly or even probably a new lease on life.

Excellent program, very clear effective and enjoyable.

Very easy to play, many people playing so no problem in finding partners, many options to chose the type of games. All in all, awesome

Throughout the day there are tournaments of different duration. So according availability of time I can participate. Also there are lots of bridge materials with which I can enrich my knowledge.

Bbo allows me to play with friends all around my country and find new friends all around the world

I wanted to top up BB$ ....forgot my PW .... followed steps suggested but neither could reset the pw nor top up was possible. Same result after 3/4 attempts....had quit without any success.

I lodged money in U.S. $ for playing bridge with this company. However I no longer play in this way and have requested the balance of my money back.
They won’t send it to me. How is this legal when they are my funds…. Not a transaction for a product but funds being held just like a bank account?????

I’m sick and tired of the robot changing the place of cards. Every time I try a finesse it never works. So, while trying a finesse doesn’t always work in real life bridge it does at least 30 percent of the time. Not so with Bridgebase.
Same when playing imps. I can’t count the number of times I have had so few points that I can’t make a bid.

If Bridgebase wants people to play end enjoy bridge they need to make sure that the automatic play resembles real life play.

Too frustrating for this intermediate bridge player who wants to use this platform to improve.

All it has done is disenchant me. I will look for another online bridge game that more resembles real life.

They are ruining it by having ads pop up in the middle of a hand

It is almost enjoyable to play, but the "Robot" partner that bids with you is always bidding against you... always overbidding... and it is programmed that Clubs is never bid. The Robot Partner can sit there with six Diamonds, including the Ace... and not respond with a Diamond bid. If the Robot were a real partner sitting across the table, I would throw something at it.

It’s too easy for the owner of the table to remove someone. They don’t have to give a reason. They can just remove a person if they don’t like a bid.

Once, this was a decent bridge site, but since changing ownership a few years ago, the price, for example, for an 8-hands-only tournament has almost tripled from $0.33 to $0.89. ACBL tournaments are even much more expensive. This is a sophisticated customer trap, as once you accumulate a decent number of BBO points like me, you will certainly be reluctant to leave the site. Had anything of this price robbery money, been used to improve the site?? zilch !! , no improvement whatsoever, zero investment in software or interface, Customer Support?? does not exist, they never responded regarding gross mistakes the Robots make ( e.g. no regard for signaling, absurd bidding in many cases, and more). in addition, the site is sometimes very slow + disconnects frequently, etc. STAY AWAY

Beware of inadvertently signing up for ongoing monthly charges for BBO+. I don’t see the advantage of the program, and it’s difficult to reverse it once they lock you in.

What has happened to BBO we already pay to join now we are bombarded with moronic adverts upsetting the play. I have contacted customer support and received no answer whatsoever.
